My daughter and myself... - My daughter and myself used this as our river tour while in London. Learned a little bit about the different things along the river. Can get a little breezy while sitting on the top deck (we went in March) so dress in layers!

Great Fun! - Decided to see London from the river Thames with a friend visiting from Bermuda, Guide was excellent & great fun! We had a ‘hop on hop off’ ticket which gave us the chance to walk to key sights & then get another boat back up river.

Attractions - Vandan was very patient and helpful. He took time to show the events that might appeal to me. Vandaan also explained where to catch the transport to the attractions. I am very grateful to him and thankyou for employing someone who enjoys his job

Great Team Offers a Great Experience - Great opportunity to see London by way of the Famous Thames River. We enjoyed the views, commentary and talented staff. While other boats may be a bit faster, you can’t really take in what you are seeing without expert guidance at the right pace. We felt quite safe and well cared for especially by Deena, Brooke & Sam onboard the Millennium Peace and Kevin at the Tower Pier. Would definitely cruise with City Cruises again.

Slow and relaxing boat rides - Booked with these as had an offer on. Boats had good bar and snack facilities and good friendly service. Boats were clean. Information about london whilst travelling up the river thames. Only downside the boat ride to each stop was slow which ate into our time as we were on a day trip. The uber boats looked to be faster and more frequent. At greenich we also had to get off and wait 30 minutes before we could head off again. There is a timetable for the boats which we didnt know at the time of booking . Nice and relaxing if you have plenty of time .

Don’t go with City Cruise - Arrived just after 12noon to be told the next boat was cancelled and the one after that was 12:50pm we went to get a drink and came back at 12:40 to find that the 12:50 boat was leaving, I asked to speak with the City Cruise representative and he just said we should have come earlier!!!! I phoned Viator who were lovely and while I was on the line spoke with a person from City Cruise who would not refund our trip. The next boat was 1:20pm and due to the fact we lost over an hour of our time we could not go all the way to Greenwich. So I trip was not as good as it should have been.

Worst experience ever. Vessel stank of urine. - This cruise was on a vessel that stank to high heaven of URINE. The staff on the vessell didnt even carry a can of Lysol or another air purifier to eliminate the gagging odor. On top of that, the vessel left the pier prior to 4:30, it's scheduled departure time from Greenwich. I had to purchase a ticket for 11 pounds from another provider. However, their vessel was lovely, clean, and overall much better than that which Viator used. Please issue a refund, Viator. This cruise was the worst ever.

Got scammed by these guys false… Got scammed by these guys false advertising. They advertised wrong closing times - Got scammed by these guys false… Got scammed by these guys false advertising. They advertised the services London eye power and Westminster piers are are open until 8pm so I purchased it base on my travel time from Leicester to London will be estimated arrival time by 4pm. When I got to the Westminster area all areas were cordoned off the security mentioned these piers are now closed. I phoned city cruises and they confirmed the piers have closed at 4pm on this day the 31st December. I hoped them for complaint of their service they did not provide accurate info on their booking forms this is the worst service I have ever purchased online. Literally got scammed by city cruises their customer service advisor on the phone and their customer service on the online chat are not willing to provide a refund. I would not recommended these guys to anyone.

Terrible experience - Shocking no information , poor communication, suppost to be jump on and off but doesn't stop anywhere. Ended up getting train spent £100 waste of money 💰
