The escape room itself worked well, we escaped in around 30 mins so could have been a little more challenging. Honestly the somewhat lukewarm review is due to the gentleman working for Exithis, he could not have been less engaging. Seemed like we were annoying him by participating that day. Will probably look for other options in the area in the future.

We were scheduled for 11:00 and arrived as requested at 10:45 but no one was there. A very unenthusiastic employee showed up at 10:58 and let us in. The room that we were in was dirty. It wouldn’t have been so bad if we didn’t need to crawl on the floor to complete the tasks. We also needed a flashlight which was not provided - we used our phones. The employee said that we could have asked for a flashlight but doesn’t that ruin the idea of an escape room? One task had us reaching into really dirty water which was nasty. One clue had worn off of a prop and we couldn’t read it. Overall very disappointed and will probably not return to this business.
