Fascinating and amazing... - Fascinating and amazing to have the birds so close. You were able to fully appreciate their size, wingspan, and ability to manoeuvre.

Entertaining and Informative - This was way better than I expected. Great for kids. The various owls, falcons, eagles, etc. fly right over the audience and there's a lot of information given. Shame there is no English, though. Overall an entertaining hour!

Recommended for all age groups - An amazing show, orchestrated beautifully with excellent audience engagement. Highly recommend for all age groups!

Amazing experience - Amazing experience, highly recommend the show. The only downside is that the show is only in Italian and German nevertheless, it is all worth it. It is a must if you are in Locarno.

Fantastic Family Experience! - Such a fabulous experience! We brought our two kids, ages 4 and 8, who both had a fantastic experience. The show is in Italian and German, but is fully entertaining and worth it even if you don't understand a word. Signs and brochures are all available in English if needed, and the multi-talented staff also speak English. Must have been close to 20 different species of birds in the show. You lose track of them all by the end, and there are even more species of birds in the enclosures on the grounds. The show is really engaging and fun. The crowd was oo-ing and ah-ing, laughing and gasping. You'd have to be a real grinch not to leave with a smile on your face. Our daughter got to hold a live owl after the show and get her picture taken, 10 francs was very reasonable for this, and the printed picture turned out great. What a great sport the owl was, dutifully taking pictures with 30+ little kids. There's a lovely little koi pond filled with huge goldfish where kids can feed the fish with little bottles available at the gift shop. The kids loved it; they were giggling and fascinated the whole time. There's a cute little playground, 2fr pony rides, and a nice cafeterua with good pizza, coffee and snacks. A whole afternoon of kid-friendly activities. The enclosures for the birds are really nice and well-maintained, especially for a private operation. You can walk around the grounds and see all the birds and learn about them after the show (or beforehand). We went to a similar show at the Los Angeles Zoo a few years ago (also wonderful). This show has more birds, more variety, and a larger arena. It is a really special and unique experience. We went with our kids, and there were lots of families, but it would also be wonderful as like a Saturday afternoon date activity. There's something really magic and indescribable about having these magnificent birds fly right over your head and all around you. A cool experience to share with someone. The parking lot was already full when we got there, but we found public street parking in the neighborhood without any trouble. 4 hours for 1 franc, what a deal. Highly recommend!

Excellent Presentation and Experience - Very interesting presentation and en excellent expirience. A must to go when you are in the region of Locarno.

Aigle - Very nice experience at the Falconeria. We went there two days and assisted to the wonderful spectacle with these beautiful birds. I am sure that they would like to be free . . . .

Fantastic experience!!! - Absolutely a most wonderful day out for all the family. Small park, lovely helpful staff, little restaurant and the wonderful wow of the birds!!!!! Cannot speak more highly of the place it was so interesting and a jolly good day it and value for money.

Unforgettable show - At first we were slighlty disappointed, we expected a much larger 'park' with more birds to look at. The park itself is really small; however, as soon as the show started I didn't regret spending 25.- The show is absolutely amazing, wonderfully trained birds are flying directly above your the audience's heads and it's awesome how the audience was made part of the show. In addition, you could see that the birds are treated well, which is always important. The show alone makes the visit worthwile, the park itself is more like a little bonus. ;)
