Great tour for the money! - Good inexpensive way to get to Florence from cruise ship and explore the city with the guide and on your own. Our guide though not licensed gave us lots of good information, showed us some major sights and was very professional, speaking clearly and skillfully navigating through huge crowds.
Free time was just enough to see the cathedral and eat and shop at the main market.
Give yourself at least 20 min to walk to the bus stop from the center. Meeting point is a little confusing.

Would do it again! - Easy hop on - Hop off self tour. Francesco was a delight. If you are not mobile would not recommend. Florence is a gem to visit. Pick up right off port shuttle drop off!

Day trip to Florence - This excursion was a simple and efficient way to journey from Livorno port to Florence and back. You end up with about 4 hours of free time in Florence to do whatever you choose. Definitely recommend.

Giada was awesome!!! - Great choice if you are looking for a non expensive transfer. They delay the departure a little bit due to all the ships arriving so all the passengers can make it to the meeting point. But are very organized after, offer a map with the attractions and the meeting point marked in there and wi fi in the bus. Giada was our tour guide and she was amazing! Definitely was the best choice!

Nice way to see Florence from cruise ship terminal - Great way to get from Livorno cruise terminal to Florence. Very nice bus.
Guide took us to several stops on a walking tour and then offered to take us to a pizza tavern which was excellent food!!! We would not have found it without her! We felt lucky to have this excursion available at a reasonable price compared to the ship tours.

Sticking to departure times is important! - Although our guide Alessandro (Alex) was excellent, we ended up missing our scheduled excursion because the tour did not leave on time (we departed an hour later than the scheduled time)
