Ariana the best - Spent the day with Ariana and let me tell you she is amazing, knowledgeable, and funny. Made the trip very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Pisa - Our tour guide Valerie was very knowledgeable about the area. Gave us plenty of time to explore, shop and kept us on schedule. She was right there with us when it was time to go up into the tower. Highly recommended!!

Excellent tour! Great guide. Enough free time to explore. Great prices. - Great tour from our cruise ship. The shuttle dropped us off at the Municipal square right where the tour guides are waiting. So easy! Our guide, Valerie, was fantastic. The tour was basically a drive to Pisa and a short walk about 20 minutes from the tour bus parking to the Pisa tower square, and then a couple of hours of free time to explore the tower and magnificent church and other buildings and have a bite to eat before meeting our guide again at her predetermined spot, for the walk back to the bus and the drive back. We had more than enough time to do a little exploring in Livorna and a glass of win with some delicious bread and olive oil, before heading back to the ship's via the shuttle bus

Excellent tour to visit the sights of Pisa. - What a fabulous tour. Very clear instructions given regarding the meeting place. We were on a cruise so had to catch the shuttle into Livorno first. It was right where we had to meet up. Our guide, Valerie, was excellent. She ensured everyone was present before walking us a very short distance to the bus. She gave us very useful information on our journey and escorted us to the Tower location (about a 15 min walk). We then had around 2 hours to explore on our own before meeting to walk back to the bus. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in a restaurant above the museum on the square. It had open views of the tower and square. We didn’t purchase the ticket to go up the tower, but some on our coach did, and Valerie gave them separate instructions regarding this. No bags allowed up the tower, so these would be left on the bus. Quite safe, but something to bear in mind if you want to go inside. Would highly recommend this tour.

First visit to Pisa - Good tour guide. Valerie explains everything & reiterating a few things so everyone understands. She told us where washrooms were at Pisa & how to get tickets for venues. Got same tour as shop, but price was less than 1/2.

The tour is correct.... - The turn is correct. We have time to explore the surroundings of the tower. The view is superb

Pisa 1/2 fat tour - We were given instructions to take the shuttle from the ship, get off at the last stop and someone in a blue shirt would be waiting No one was waiting. After talking to another company we received instructions to walk down to the ice cream shop (at least a 5 minute walk) and our guide was there. We became aware later that some folks missed the tour because the instructions weren’t correct. The shuttle bus only makes one stop
