Following our enchanting visit to Florence, we will proceed to Pisa, where you can explore Piazza dei Miracoli. We will enter through the Santa Maria gate, one of the entrances of the ancient wall that once encircled the city.

Take the shuttle bus until the last stop in Via Cogorano n.1, at the corner with Piazza del Municipio, next to the meeting point of the shuttle buses coming from cruise ships where our tour leader will be waiting for you. He/she will be wearing a blue t-shirt from the "Shore Emotion Crew"

Great fast way to see the highlights! - We did this tour during a cruise stop in Livorno.
This is the perfect way to see the highlights of Florence and Pisa. Our tour guide Igna, Elena and driver Luca were excellent. Gave us some historical background info but didn’t overwhelm. They even found a way for my parents and my aunt, who had limited mobility, to see the sights in Florence!
The bus was clean and comfortable. And they made sure we were back on the ship with plenty of time to spare!

The most well run and organized tour I've ever been on! - My only regret is that I only have 5 stars to give! This was by far the most organized tour I have ever been on! Ignasio started by sending out a WhatsApp message the morning of the tour welcoming me and asking if I had any questions on how to get to the meeting point. He was charming and funny and kept the whole tour packed with amazing historical information presented in a fun and interesting way. Throughout the day, he would send WhatsApp links to places he was talking about, recommendations on what to see, where to eat, etc. He also provided his phone number so we could call him anytime during our free time to ask him questions or get directions - which were never needed because each link he sent also had a place to click that would provide walking map and directions. I didn't want the day to end! Be aware that the tour mostly provides transport to Florence and Pisa, and you are on your own to explore each of these destinations once you arrive. But the whole way there, he is providing you with historical facts and tips on where to go and what to see. Fabulous day!

Bus to Florence and Pisa - Igna and Elena were great tour guides. Reassuring us that they would have us back to the ship in time and no catching a shuttle necessary, they were able to drop us off right at the ship. As they said they do this every day and we did not need to worry. They gave great information, lead us into the main areas and we had a map with a highlighted route to follow from there to explore on our own. We used their lunch recommendation for fantastic sandwiches on our way back to the meeting point. Luca the driver also did a great job getting us everywhere in good time and a relaxing ride.

Customer Service Over and Beyond - We went on the Shore Emotions tour with Igna and Elena. They were the best! My sister in law was walking with a cane and could not move around Florence. Igna and Elena quickly organized to get us on a taxi which took us around the major sites. We even had time to get lunch and back to the bus in due time. Customer Service at its prime.

Great day - Great tour, exactly as described. Our guides Gabriele and Elinor were great,and very attentive.
Also extra points for the driver to have brought us back to the port at our ship instead of the original pick up spot. That was really appreciated by all.

Great shore excursion... - Great shore excursion from Livorno stop of cruise! The trip was well organized. Excellent communication between tour guides and attendees via a WhatsApp group chat, with recommendations for restaurants and locations of public toilets. The coach bus was clean and comfortable. Nice historic/general information about the places we visited. And our tour guides Igna, Elena and driver Luca were amazing - and went above and beyond to help with making extra arrangements for our parents with limited mobility. Easy pick up and they were able to drop us off right by the ship on the way back.

5 star tour!!!! Great value. Friendly guides. - Exactly what we wanted.
If you're like us and are arriving by cruise ship and want a *self-guided* Florence/Pisa shore excursion for 1/3rd the price of your ship, look no further.
- Florence: We only had 2.25 hours, so we skipped the wine tasting to maximize time. It's painfully not a lot of time in Florence, but we've been here before and just wanted to wander on our own. So it was perfect for us!! NOTE: If this is your only time in Florence, I do suggest booking a tour that only goes to Florence (skipping Pisa), so you have more time. Perhaps even pay more for a guided tour.
- Pisa: 17 min walk from where the bus drops off - then we had an hour on our own at the Tower (which is honestly plenty of time to get the vibe and grab some touristy photos). The tour did offer a €5 tourist train from the bus to the Tower if you want to skip the walk, but we had no issues walking. One guide led the walking group, so it was easy.
- Getting to the tour meeting place in Livorno: Princess offered a free shuttle from the ship to the center of Livorno, and the meeting point was two steps away. Easy.
- Return: Bus dropped us off right at our ship! So we got to the skip the return shuttle from town. Nice perk!
- Our guides: Gabriele, Elly, and our driver, Raul, were excellent! Friendly and informative. They gave clear meeting times and locations (which isn't always the case with some tour guides).
- Times: 8 hours total from getting on the bus to getting off at the ship.
- Overall: Can't recommend enough!! Great little day.
