Best service in Zambia - Owen sent his driver Westone who patiently waited for our arrival since we were late. Then Owen helped get us from our Zambian hotel to our Zimbabwe hotel the following day. Once Owen was patient with our schedule and made the border crossing very easy. Great service and reasonable pricing. I wish I could say the same for our tour operator #ImprintTours. Thank you Owen!

Great friendly service. - Wanting to support a local company in Livingstone for our transport needs we booked with Owen’s Taxi and Tours. They provided pick up and drop off at Livingstone airport, a 3 hour tour of Livingstone and also transported us to and from Kasane in Botswana. They offered reasonable rates, were on time and their friendly service was great. Owen’s Taxi and Tours comes with our highest recommendation.

Going to Livingstone, Zambia? Call Owen's. - I am from the US and was visiting Zambia with my family after a stay in South Africa. Unlike South Africa’s tourist industry, Zambia’s is far less developed and can be a little daunting to navigate. It’s not always clear how the system works, particularly if you are familiar with countries that have robust tourist infrastructures. Having a guide in Zambia is essential, and Owen and the team are the best! (There is no need to book through your hotel, go straight to Owen’s! They will respond faster and offer you a better price.) I originally booked Owen’s Tours only for ground transfer from Livingstone airport to my hotel. (I would normally rent a car, but that’s just not a wise idea for first-timers in the country—elephant crossings, unmarked speed bumps, commercial cyclist activity, etc.) I appreciated how promptly Owen’s Tours (shout out to Osphine) responded to my requests and answered all of my questions. I was so happy with the airport transfer with Owen himself, who was friendly, kind, and enthusiastic, that I decided to book several additional tours including Victoria Falls (Zambia+Zimbabwe) and Chobe National Park (in Botswana) through Owen’s as well. My guide for Victoria Falls, Alex, picked us up with Brian, our fantastic driver, at my hotel. We had a wonderful hike around the Falls and learned a lot from Alex, who was very passionate about sharing the beauty of his country. The Falls really are magnificent. For our day trip to Chobe, we had Brian as a driver as well as Mavuta (his counterpart on the Botswanan side and our game driver). Again, having a guide is key. Just passing through customs at the Botswana border would be overwhelming for the new visitor. While it took some time to get through customs, Brian deftly guided us through the system. The game drive in Chobe was also excellent and Mavuta helped us find some great sightings. In all our interactions with Zambians, we found them to be a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming people who are clearly excited (and justifiably so) about showing their country to tourists. Zambia is a wonderful country to visit, but unless you are a local or an experienced visitor, you really need a guide. Owen’s Tours is the way to go. Owen’s can plan a customized tour for you and show you the best that Zambia has to offer. I would mention that Owen’s Tours is also cognizant about Western assumptions regarding timing and schedules, which is not the case for other organizations. Owen and his team were always on time and eager to do anything to make our trip as smooth, special and memorable as possible! Many thanks to the team at Owen’s!

Airport transfers - Absolutely brilliant.Brian was waiting for us at arrivals to greet us no hassle in and on our way.i left my glasses case in taxi and was returned on return trip.I would highly recommend Owen's Taxi cheers guys.......

Great transfer company - Great transfer company. Our first time travelling to Africa and the drivers were very friendly and helped with our luggage. They were on time and I I would use them again. They helped show us how to get our stamp when crossing the border from Zimbabwe to Zambia.

Brilliant - Owen’s Taxis were absolutely superb. Not only did they collect us from Vic Falls airport and expertly navigate us through the border to our accommodation in Zambia over the next few days they took us back to the falls, to the Royal Livingstone for a sundowner and back to Vic Falls Airport. They were punctual, friendly, trustworthy and exceptionally good value. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service You Can Count On - My friend and I did our airport transfers to/from our hotel in Livingstone, Zambia.
