Just a brilliant hour in a great city - Could I just say that Kaya is a credit to your staff. She made mine and husbands Andrew’s trip to Liverpool. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the building and its history is second to none and she is a lovely human being who can’t do enough for her visitors. All I ask is that you give her credit for the work she does and how she throws herself into the roll of guide in the most iconic building in your great city. She answered every question we threw at her with gusto and humour. So Thankyou from us both Kate & Andrew Penkridge Staffordshire

Fun if wrapped up well, amazing views - A great hour was spent exploring the south clock tower of the Royal Liver Building with a guide and around 10 other people. It included an immersive audiovisual presentation which was fun and the views of Liverpool were amazing. There were 135 steps to climb, but these were tackled in sections, so it wasn't overwhelming with chats and photo opportunities in the pauses.
