I genuinely enjoy the setting—the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and enjoyable, especially on a hot day. One suggestion I would like to make is to enhance your system so that for a table of four, we don’t have to purchase both bottles of wine simultaneously and then swap out one for a second one that is cold. It seems a bit unnecessary. Instead, simply get a stamp and stamp the piece of paper for each bottle purchased. I don’t think it needs to be a particularly complicated process.
