- BallyBurren Outdoor Escapes - You will be met by your ranger in our car park and taken to the start of the alpaca trekking. The ranger will read a safety briefing and then you will be introduced to your chosen alpaca. Your trek will commence on our trail through farmland, woodland and around ponds. - BallyBurren Outdoor Escapes - You will be met by your ranger in our car park and taken to the start of the alpaca trekking. The ranger will read a safety briefing and then you will be introduced to your chosen alpaca. Your trek will commence on our trail through farmland, woodland and around ponds. You will cross nine bridges. The trek takes approximately 30-40mins and at the end your alpaca will be tied up and you will be able to cross a bridge to an island with a superb coffee trailer with picnic tables. The total experience is 1hr 30mins and you will have the opportunity to walk around the trail again if you wish.
