Poor communication - I booked a transfer from Lisbon to Lagos. The driver did not show up. The online chat person sent a message saying the driver was close. After another 20 or so minutes I called Viator and the person could not get a hold of the tour company and the only transfer left was 10 pm. I will say the other 3 booked transfers the drivers contacted me through WhatApp and the driver we had for our transfer from Porto to Lisbon was wonderful. Viator gave me the number of the tour company and they said they did not have my booking. I was refunded my money and the hotel found my friend and I a transfer at 2:15pm. Our original transfer time was pick up at noon.. Best to be sure you have your driver connect with you prior to transfer.
