Great tour to learn about the rich and long history of Portugal - History buffs - this is one for your consideration. You will spend a good chunk of time driving to and from Lisbon but it is well worth it if you are in history - of the area / Portugal and of humankind at large. Nuno did a great job explaining the history of the area as well as pointing out interesting things along the way, keeping us interested throughout.

Visit of Evora - The tour was to be private and in French. The group was rather English-speaking, luckily the guide was able to translate the important parts of the circuit. The monoliths were disappointing. The visit of Evora too short. The surprising Chapel of the Bones , beautiful garden close to the church not to be missed. Our guide gave relevant and interesting information, he answered all our questions.

Interesting - Interesting tour, we passed through the main points of interest. Our guide was attentive and although he had some communication difficulties, he was making his presentations in English (we had hired a guide in Portuguese, but there were English speaking members in the group), but everything went well in a general way. Comfortable transport, with punctuality. The duration of the day tour is short because of the interesting things you have to know in the region (8 hours of duration, with 3 to 3:30 hours spent on the journey - maybe it would be better to distribute the duration in each attraction, so that it is more profitable). Overall, the trip went well.

Very informative guide.... - Very informative guide. Also, very nice. Long day, but worth the trip. It would’ve been nice to have been able to see another model with monolith site.

- I am rating this 3 stars for the following reason. Tour as stated on website "See a different angle of Portugal’s history as you explore the macabre monument Chapel of Bones (Capela dos Ossos) and the Roman ruins of the Temple of Diana. Finally, marvel at Almendres Cromlech, one of the largest group of structured monoliths in Europe." The Almendres Cromlech was closed and we didn't visit them. Nuno our tour guide took us to a much smaller monolith site and it was a bit underwhelming. Tripadvisor should mention this detail. The monoliths were a big reason for us to have chosen this tour.
