Review - Wear comfy shoes as there’s a decent amount of walking, but well worth the free workout! Although one of the spots wasn’t available due to a road race, we did get to spend some free time in Cascais.

Portugal at its finest with its raw beauty - It was a good experience, very knowleageable tour guides and a lovely tour group. Loved every minute of it. Day started well, comfortable coaches, well timed and a lovely day out even though it rained for quite a bit. The quality of sights seen, the narratives with each place name visited and tour group was really good to experience

A wonderful tour. Rain or Shine. - As with any tour you book, be sure to read the itinerary carefully before booking. I did, so I knew exactly which stops we would visit, how long we’d be at each location, and which parts of the tour were scenic drive-bys for panoramic views. Knowing this ahead of time really helps set expectations and prevents disappointment. We had a group member who kept asking questions of why we were not stopping at these places to take photos and this person sounded really disappointed. (Before the trip started, the tour guide laid out the itinerary of our trip as well). On the day of our tour, the weather was quite gloomy: overcast at first with light rain, followed by a heavy downpour toward our final stop. Despite this, my family and I truly loved the experience. I think the weather added spice to our adventure! Our tour guide, Ruth, was energetic, friendly, and engaging. Her positive vibe, knowledge, and willingness to answer questions… combined with the sheer beauty of the places we visited, more than made up for the dreary weather. She was professional, polite, and a joy to travel with. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable trip, rain and all.

Sinta and Pena - Great tour guide, very knowledgeable. Going to the lighthouse and the western most point in Europe was boring and a complete waste of time. It made me anxious that the whole tour would be that way. I was glad that it wasn’t.

Maria was fantastic! - Our guide Maria, was fantastic! Gave a variety of facts so something for everyone’s interests. Kept the group on track with multiple stops and gave her recommendations on how to spend our free time. The tour definitely exceeded our expectations cannot say enough great things about our day!

Great tour—even on a very rainy day - Even though it was a really rainy day (and not just in Sintra), the experience was excellent. The guides Miguel and Luis kept spirits high with friendly banter, engaging historical facts, and a few fun “unconfirmed but entertaining” stories that made the day memorable. When the group split, Miguel was my guide—and honestly, one of the best I’ve had. He read the audience perfectly, delivered exactly the right amount of information, and did a great job managing expectations with a very international crowd. A big shoutout as well to Alberto, our driver, who handled challenging conditions smoothly and safely. Despite the weather, I really enjoyed the tour—great team, great energy, and a well-run experience.
