Get to know Sintra, a former holiday home of Portuguese royalty, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and situated just beyond Lisbon, through our high-end private tour. This package includes an optional ticketed tour of Pena Palace, and leisure time in the historic center. Following a meal, the tour proceeds to the most westerly point of Europe (Cabo da Roca), with a subsequent excursion to Cascais, the fishing village.
Additionally, the tour will traverse through coastal Estoril.

Sintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais & Estoril - Lorenzo was a great host. Pick up on time, friendly, very knowledge, and took the time to explain all the locations and history behind what we were seeing. It was a great experience and one that we would highly recommend!

Fantastic tour experience! - Our Guide Nonoo knowledge of Portugal's history greatly added to our Sintra Palace tour. The van tour was a living history classroom. I like to balance my trips with some on my own days & some guided tour days. The Sintra Palace was perfect for a Tour day with a guide who knew where to park, how to get through the line, how to see the most of the Palace and the surrounding region.

Best tour ever! - Laurenco provided us with a tour tailored to interests. He has a great knowledge of the history of Portugal and provided us with the background we needed to truly enjoy and understand its the beauty and richness. We had a tour of Lisbon before heading to Sintra and the Palace. Then it was onto the beautiful coast, and the towns of Cascais and Estoril. Lots of opportunities for walking and exploring. Thanks Laurenco for your suggestions on food to try. The squid with rice and prawns was amazing, as was the cod with eggs and potatoes! Best tour ever!

Sintra..is wow! - Sintra is definitely the city to experience in Portugal! Loved everything about it - especially the National Palace of Pena. Valerio, my guide, was knowledgeable about the history and explained everything so thoroughly and had many facts to share. He made the tour immensely enjoyable!

Great way to experice Portugal culture and history - We had a fantastic day with our private tour guide, Nuno! He was very passionate and knowledgeable about Portugal's culture and history. We saw some amazing places and learned a lot. The whole family was very pleased with this adventure! I would definitely recommend this tour while in Lisban!

Great insight to Portugal - The tour guide Nunu was brilliant from start to finish, such a passionate person about his country ( Portugal ) and its history, took the scenic route through Cascais to Estoril and Sintra , extremely knowledgeable and especially interested in our thoughts of the towns, and site seeing venues.Also providing an insight to the origins of Portugal, Great tour and highly recommended

Best Tour Ever - Our experience with this tour was unbelievable! Our guide was extremely accommodating, patient, and was essentially a walking encyclopedia when it came to European history. He answered every single question we had and gave us a deeper understanding of Portuguese history and culture. Highly, highly recommend this tour and would do it again 10/10 times. THANK YOU!

Sintra - Tour was all day but passes quickly. Our guide Lourenco was excellent and very knowledgeable. We saw much of the countryside. We were given time for lunch and bathroom breaks.
