The best day - Car seats were brought, such an enjoyable way to see the town with kids. Our guide was amazing. Likely our favorite day.

We did the 15 minute... - We did the 15 minute excursion. Eduardo was prompt and professional. He offered us a few options to see the city of Lisboa but since we had other plans, we didnt take up his offer. The 15 mins went by fast. His Tuk Tuk was clean and tidy

The Little Tuk Tuk that does - Eduardo was quite knowledgeable and was able to bring Lisbon ancient & medieval history alive. He was able to answer our questions and then explain how these events happened and may have consequences today.

Hogworths?? - A wonderful guide in Felisberto Ribeiro, who drives for Tuk Tuk tours. 2 hours of conversation and information in Spanish and English. It's very entertaining. Very safe.

Fantastic Experience - My husband and I decided to begin our trip with a 3 hour custom TukTuk tour in Lisbon. We both agree this was the best! Our driver, Pedro Sampaio, was so kind, knowledgeable, and flexible! He was able to accommodate our travel requests for pick up and drop off and gave us great recommendations for the city. He is also incredibly knowledgeable on the History of beautiful Lisbon. If you are heading to Lisbon, this is a must!!

Spectacular 100% by 100 recommended - Our guide Pedro was excellent a choice without doubt to see Lisbon in the Mercedes van to all comfort a plus his friendliness and explanations in every detail recommended 100% if you go to Lisbon do not hesitate to contact him.
A family trip where we enjoy all the details of Lisbon with excellent comfort and tranquility.
Pedro is a crack with a lot of Tours experience.

Fun but rough riding - While we really enjoyed the 4 hour tour of Lisbon and the company of our driver, I feel I need to mention that this city has mostly pebble roads and the Tuk Tuks have virtually no suspension. Two months later I am still experiencing intermittent pain on my tail bone. Strong advice, at least take a good rubber cushion as I had trouble walking the next several days.

Average, not great; frustrating back office - This is a review for the back office, the vehicle, and office. When I booked I requested and they made the mistake of guaranteeing a specific tour guide. They later clarified that they can’t guarante only try their best, and that the tour guide we wanted was not available (he did not work on that day of the week). They apologized and after some investigation into the text exchanges with the booking team promised an extra experience in our Sintra tour (booked them twice) that did not materialize; so another broken promise. Also, they have multiple tour guides with the same name, which is confusing and possibly intentional. Our guide was kind and tried his best, but hard to hear when driving as he had no microphone. The quality of the guide was 6/10. Also, the vehicle was older and we sat facing each other, which was not ideal for the people who had to face backwards the whole time. We paid over $500 in USD and were expecting more. Overall, Lisbon is lovely and we all tried to be adaptable, but it was a stressful experience working with them. I would not recommend.
