• Palacio dos Marqueses de Fronteira - Guided tour:
  The Palace of the Marquesses of Fronteira, constructed in 1671, originally served as a hunting lodge for Don João de Mascarenhas, the 1st Marquis of Fronteira. The Foundation of the Houses of Fronteira and Alorna was founded by Dom Fernando Mascarenhas (1945-2014), who represented three significant noble Houses: Fronteira, Alorna, and Távora.

The Fronteira Palace is a privately owned Museum-House.

To ensure a harmonious experience for both residents and visitors, all tours inside the palace are guided. The gardens can be explored independently or with the assistance of audio guides following a pre-set itinerary. Guided tours of the palace are part of your day trip package. • Mosteiro dos Jeronimos - Self-guided tour:
  The Jerónimos Monastery, also known as the Hieronymites Monastery, is a masterpiece of Manueline architecture located on the banks of the Tagus River in the parish of Belém, Lisbon Municipality, Portugal. Originally established as a monastery for the Order of Saint Jerome, it began as a church in 1495.

The Jerónimos Monastery is renowned as one of the most remarkable examples of Portuguese architecture. It serves as the final resting place for many notable Portuguese figures, including Vasco da Gama, Luís de Camões, D. Manuel I, and D. João III of Portugal. Its construction spanned over a century, incorporating Renaissance themes, with contributions from numerous artists.

• Pastéis de Belém - Initially crafted in Belem, Lisbon, the pastel de nata, also known as the pastel de Belem, has a sacred and spiritual origin. This pastry, dating back to before the 18th century, was created by Catholic monks residing in the Jeronimos Monastery, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Your private day trip includes a visit to the over 150-year-old Fabrica dos Pasteis de Belem, along with a complimentary drink and pastry.

• Torre de Belem Garden - Constructed in the 16th century, the Belem Tower was designed to protect Lisbon from enemy ships. Around 1515, architect Francisco de Arruda crafted this iconic monument, which served as a fortification against raids along the Tagus River and marked the beginning of sailors’ voyages. Includes an exterior visit.

• Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
• Guest is responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
• Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client’s name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate’s and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
• RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle’s driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
• Guests can customize their day trip by prioritizing their stops. The ability to see all sites on this private guided day trip, depends entirely on the (1) the amount of time spent at each site, and (2) road conditions.
• This 5 hours tour/day trip door-to-door service, and includes pickup and drop-off. Tour/day starts at pickup location (Starting time) and ends at the drop-off location (Ending time).
• Our guests will receive a local contact phone number 24 to 48 hours prior the start of their day trip.
• The “Full Refund” only applies to the transportation portion of the day trip. A 10% charge of your day trip will apply regarless the time frame of the cancellation.
• Multiple language tour guide and audio available at Palacio dos Marqueses de Fronteira only.
• Please be advised that depending on the day and time your tour takes place some of the Palaces, Monasteries, Museum, Churchs, and any other site maybe closed. If that happens, we will advised the guests, and give them some other equal sites options.
• Tour includes aproximately 2 hours of total driving time.
