Great Experience - Very good drivers. Nice points of interest. Decent time to do two lines. Easy to get to using public transportation. Different languages available to explain stops.

An alternative Lisbon worth visiting! - Both routes are really nice! The driver was very funny. We hop off at 8 Marvila on the Modern circuit - this part of the city is worth visiting :)

Great way to see most of Lisbon - I’m a big believer in doing a tour bus in every city I visit and this one didn’t disappoint! Out of the two routes; Modern and Belem, the Belem (blue) route was much more interesting and showed the better side of Lisbon. Each route is approximately 1.5hrs for the full loop, depending on traffic. Headphones are provided and the audio guide was really interesting. I’d just be careful as I found the upper deck’s plastic chairs to be quite slippy and sometimes the drivers were a bit too heavy on the brakes. I got the aquarium ticket included deal and would recommend this as you get to skip the queue at the aquarium. Just make sure the bus driver/tour rep changes your voucher into a printed receipt style ticket on the day you plan to attend the aquarium as they didn’t do that for us and there was a language barrier mixed with confusion at the aquarium ticket office. It was easily sorted just didn’t need to be a hassle in the first place. I booked my tickets in a souvenir shop near the start of the bus routes. I’d recommend doing this as when I looked to book online there was an additional £6 charge! With your ticket you can also get on the yellow trams. I only tried Tram 28 and it worked.

Could be better - The stops were very hard to find. The signs are small and same color as the regular bus stops. We're is my bus QR code did not give us any information. The tours were fine, but they should tell us more about city and history instead of music. That would make the tour more informative.

Don’t waste your money or your time - You do not get value for money. Today we arrived early for the 1:30 pm Blue line departure, only to be told the bus just left so you have to wait for the 2pm departure. We got off at the blue line stop 9 for the Coaches Museum only to find out that the museum was closed. Shouldn’t the driver be aware of that and inform the passengers? Next we waited for the 3:08 pick up at bus stop 12. After waiting 1.5 hours for the bus that never arrived we took a taxi back to stop number one. We spoke with the Yellow Bus attendant sitting at that stop. She said that some staff didn’t show up for work so she only had one bus operating. What kind of company strands their passengers and doesn’t inform them. Don’t waste your money. Take the Red City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off buses. Four of them stopped during the 1.5 hour wait for the Yellow Bus that never arrived.

Totally not recommending! - There’s very few buses. Wait is about 45 minutes. No staff in almost all stops to ask questions. Not all audio is working. Take the red bus tour!!!! Don’t waste your time!

Paid for 2 days and used no - I had to go to the activity on October 11 for 2 days So on the 12th, I thought I had 1 day left. Viator had removed my activity from my list and the code no longer appeared. So it's impossible for Yellow Bus to accept us.
