Walking Tour Exceeds Expectations - Exceptional! The journey, the stops, and the guide were very enjoyable. I ate dishes at restaurants I otherwise wouldn’t have - and I so happy I did!

Do this tour! - We had an excellent time on this tour, with our lovely guide Leo! We were able to visit places we would have NEVER found on our own, while also learning about the culture and history of Lisbon. There were lots of options for the vegetarians in our group. Highly recommend!

Off the beaten path - The many restaurants on Via Augusta are all well and good, and many are very good, but this tour takes you off the beaten path to little nooks and crannies you’d probably not get to by yourself, on holiday. Go early in your stay - then go back to the ones you liked. Oh, and Leonor(?) was lovely.

Excellent food tour - We (a couple) were joined by 3 others on this tour, with our amiable guide, Gabriel. It was a good thing that we started at the highest point of the tour and could navigate down the narrow and sometimes steep streets. Gabriel provided a great overview of Portuguese history and the wide-ranging influences on current modern Portuguese food (I guess that’s what happens when you’ve dominated the world centuries ago). He made sure we were well-fed and not thirsty. We finished off with pasteis de nata and his recommendation to sprinkle a little cinnamon on them was a revelation to all of us. And after that, he gave us some recommendations for local dining spots that we followed. Overall, a great tour.

Heart of Lisbon Food Tour - Amanda - This was our family's first food tour, and our first time in Lisbon. We did the Heart of Lisbon food tour with Amanda, and everything about the food and her direction was fantastic! The tour lasted around 3 hours with the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). We never felt rushed, and the entire experience felt so comfortable and natural, as well as interesting for everyone. We felt as if we were truly getting to see special spots we would not have found otherwise, with fascinating tidbits of history and culture as well. After the tour, we chatted a bit, and we're provided a list of reccomended bars, restaurants, venues, museums, and really anything we could possibly be looking for regarding the rest of our trip. We will remember this fondly!

Great guide - mixed food experiences - Nice tour - awesome guide. The church stop was so-so - ok soup but sandwich was inedible. Last stop involved eating outside while standing; not great. Everything else was fab.
