About your host Mateus: “I’m Mateus, and although my roots are in Brasil, my soul is deeply connected to Lisboa. I made Portugal my home in 2015, and it was here that I found my calling in the culinary arts. With over six years in the industry, I’ve completed my training in Kitchen Management and Production at one of Portugal’s most renowned Touristic and Gastronomic institutions - Escola de Hotelaria.
My mission is to create joy through my cooking, whether it’s family-style, traditional dishes or something more contemporary and refined. Regardless of the style, I infuse each dish with a warm and unique personal touch - my own.”
