Your flight will be tracked to ensure the driver meets you at the Terminal 1 arrivals gate. If your meeting point is a hotel or local accommodation, you’ll receive a message once the driver begins the journey to pick you up. At the airport, the driver will hold a sign with your name for easy identification.

The trip typically takes around two and a half hours, though it may be longer due to accidents or heavy traffic, especially during peak season.

For your comfort, you can request stops at any time along the route to your final destination.

Generally, passengers are allowed one bag and one personal item in our vehicles. This policy ensures all belongings fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag that can be easily carried with you. If you have extra or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance (additional charges may apply). Child seats are not available.
