Awesome location, great experience, helpful and knowledgeable staff and a really well run and safe climbing environment - We went as a family of 4, mum, dad (me) and twin teenage sporty kids. We had lunch at the double decker bus next door to start, leaving our car in the (free) car park on site. The staff were so welcoming and explained all the safety equipment, the pitches as well as some basic techniques (we were all beginners). It was great to be in the shade out of the summer sun and doing something fun and active. The facility is really well geared to serious climbers with some really technical routes, but just as welcoming to beginners like us! Highly recommended.
