The highlight of our Lisbon trip - My 16 year old son and I loved this tour, we were equally impressed with the welcoming arrival with scarf, the professional photographs, informative tour and VR experience. Our guide was great giving all info in both Portuguese and English. We definitely recommend this tour for all ages.

Stadium tour and museum, what a place! - The stadium tour is great for anyone, even if they are not a football fan! We had tour guide they spoke both Portuguese and English and the group size was about 12. The access to areas was flat, there was a VR headset section which was a nice surprise, although it makes me feel sick, it is funny watching others! Got really close the eagles! Definitely recommend it. Be aware of the photo sales at end, we were ushered to one side and only shown the souvenir package without being made aware that we could buy only the photo! After the tour we went to the museum and trophy rooms - wow!

Frustrating and Inexperienced! - We visited the Estádio da Luz for the stadium tour and unfortunately the experience felt quite disorganised and disappointing overall. We arrived at the tour entrance expecting to buy tickets there, but were told we had to go into the official store to purchase them. After getting lost trying to find the correct place, we eventually bought full-price tickets, partly encouraged by signage suggesting a free Benfica scarf was included. However, when we returned to the tour entrance, staff informed us that our tickets did not include the scarf, despite paying the standard price, which was confusing and frustrating. The tour itself was generally okay but felt rushed and somewhat impersonal. We did not get access to the home dressing room, and a large portion of the visit involved being left with a VR headset for around 30 minutes, which felt more like filling time than part of a guided experience. At the end of the tour, visitors are returned to the official store with no clear indication of where or how to access the museum, even though museum entry was included in our ticket. Clear signage or guidance would greatly improve this. Staff appeared disengaged at times, and while the tour was delivered in both Portuguese and English, the Portuguese explanations were much longer while the English sections were brief and difficult to understand. Given Benfica’s global reputation, we expected a more welcoming and better organised experience. With clearer communication, better visitor guidance, and more balanced multilingual explanations, this could be a much stronger tour.

No mention of any change - Upon arrival of the stadium we heard that the Tour could not take place due to a rescheduled race. Also we couldn’t get scarves because of a closed gate 17. I called, and tried to convert something else that unfortunately could not be done on the day itself. Now I have lost the money from this 6 person tour. I have not received any (timely) notification from you yet Benfica for this change which I find very resentful. Then I could have got that €145,- back. What can you do for me? Mvg, Norbert Gotzhein
