Something different - Brilliant fun on the beer bike for my wife’s birthday, we had so much fun. Highly recommend this for a group of people looking for something different. Thank you both for keeping us topped up and taking photos.

highly recommend for a hen do - Booked this for my sisters hen do as one of our activities and so glad we did! It was good fun and our hosts made sure our drinks were topped up the whole time. Would highly recommend as a fun activity plus you get to see some great views of Lisbon whilst blasting your playlist on the bike.

Stag do bike - Bikes beer and stag do riding along a water front what can go wrong - nothing. We had a great time pedalling and drinking and having a laugh. As its on the flat its not too taxing and you dont go far before you stop for a rest and turn round. Luckily it was first drink of the day haha Anyway good value and great laugh with nice friendly guys running the bike and endless beer.

Fun on wheels 😜 - Great atmosphere and great sympathy, they had a column to put music and that helped a lot to free us. Repeat!

Pedal-Powered Letdown - An underwhelming experience with a catalogue of issues that no group wants to have, including: incorrect location and faulty equipment. Neither the operator nor the booking platform would acknowledge this, despite several attempts to clarify.

Bad service - We have marked a session one month in advance to 17:00 via the app, which allowed us to select this time. However, we were later informed that this time was already busy and that the app was allowing for more marking. We got a message saying we should be here at 6:00. We arrived at 6:00, but there was no one there. We tried to call several times, with no answer. Finally, at 6:20, someone attended and told us that the session was actually at 5:00. We explained the situation and the agreement that had been made, but the person completely dismissed what we said. We are proceeding with legal action because of this situation.

TERRIBLE! SCAM! AVOID IT! - We booked an appointment a month in advance for 5:00 PM through the app, which allowed us to select that time. However, we were later informed that the time slot was already taken and that the app was overbooking. We received a message instructing us to come at 6:00 PM instead. We arrived at 6:00 PM, but no one was there. We tried calling multiple times with no response. Finally, at 6:20 PM, someone answered and told us the appointment was actually at 5:00 PM. We explained the situation and the agreement, but they completely dismissed it. We are pursuing legal action over this.

Dishonest and dishonest - First, the address of the meeting point is very vague. We should communicate with a GPS coordinates point! We wasted 10 minutes finding you in the sun. In the offer, they announce that you pass Padrao dos Descobrimentos (The Tower of Belem) and that you go to the Bridge of April 25. You are not going to the Tower of Belem. You simply make a round trip on a paved bike lane by the water. You pass by no known buildings, no cultural sites. Also, we booked for 12 but a friend who flew earlier was with us. We asked if he could come with us and the person in charge, who is not the boss, said we had to pay an extra €35 for this participant. 35 €! when we all paid 30 € per person. Clearly, that money went into his pocket, not his boss's. In short, they sell us a guided tour to discover the city and the Tower of Belem, but in fact make you a 500m round trip on a linear and paved bike path in full sun. If the young man hadn't asked me 35 € I wouldn't have posted a review on TripAdvisor. But clearly, it's dishonest. Good luck, though.

An experience to discourage - An experience not to be recommended. Upon arrival, the provider informs us that there is no reservation in our name. Unwilling to accept our viator ticket though dated the good day claiming a misunderstanding about the date. No solution offered and no refund made. It is inadmissible and to flee!
