A Wonderful Walk Through Alfama’s Heart - We went to the tour witch Belen and it was wonderful. The Alfama Old Town walking tour was an absolute highlight of my trip to Lisbon! The pace was just right — relaxed enough to soak in the charm of the winding streets and hidden corners, but never slow or dragging. Belen managed to strike that perfect balance between keeping things moving and giving us time to take photos, ask questions, and enjoy the views. What really stood out was her friendliness and her warmth. From the moment we met, they made everyone feel welcome, remembering our names and sharing little local tips as if we were old friends. Their passion for Alfama and its history was contagious — every story came to life, from the old Fado traditions to the neighborhood’s Moorish roots. They were incredibly knowledgeable and specific, pointing out details I would have completely missed on my own — like the tiles on a centuries-old building, or how certain alleys line up to frame the river in a special way. By the end, it didn’t feel like just a tour; it felt like a walk with someone who truly loves their city and wants you to love it too. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to understand the real soul of Lisbon!

Memory forever etched in our hearts! - This walking tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Belen was absolutely amazing, warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared stories that made Lisbon’s old town come alive, from its winding alleys to the stunning viewpoints tucked between the hills. What I loved most was how personal she made the experience, it never felt rushed or scripted. She connected history, culture, and everyday life in such a beautiful way, and even added a few local secrets that only a true Lisboeta would know. By the end, it felt like exploring the city with a friend who genuinely loves her home. We walked away not just with photos, but with a deeper appreciation for Lisbon’s charm and soul and history they will be etched in our hearts forever. Truly unforgettable!

Walk discovering corners of Alfama - We have done the tour with Diana, it is a super laughing guide that makes the walk very pleasant, tells you curiosities and facts to understand Portuguese culture, shows you corners of the neighborhood and as a brooch we could taste the ginjinha in a glass of chocolate in a local house. If you want to have a special guide take the tour with Diana!
