Always happy. - Ricardo Cruz was our driver, he had been waiting for us. Everything worked great, he had explained a lot to us on the drive. We will book the company again for our return trip to the airport and can highly recommend it. Thanks for everything.

Booked a private transfer... - Booked a private transfer to avoid the taxi lines and luggage concerns etc. Highly recommend this! Meeting point in the airport was very easy to find. Ricardo was very very responsive as we arrived early and he was aware. He already had our address so took us right to our rental place and then picked us up a week later right on time. Very stress free airport transfer!

Reliable and Timely service! very comfortable too! - The service was spectacular, seamless and professional. Our driver Ricardo was friendly, kind and polite. The communication was easy. I received notification that my driver was on the way to the airport and allowed me to initiate communication with him to give him updates of my ETA. We had 9 people and 11 luggages. I didn’t expect 2 vehicles but he brought over another driver and a second car to make sure we fit everything without extra charge. Really appreciate the service! Highly recommend!

Airport Pick Up - Rui was an amazing driver and got me safely to my destination. Absolutely would recetheir service for an easy escape from the airport.

Excellent service - Excellent, as always. The service was on time, the car was nice. Immigration control took me a lot of time, but the driver (Rui Pestana) waited for me and even helped me to get rid of a broken suitcase.

Pickup service in Lisbon - Not a bad airport pickup. A little disorganized. Had to wait 30+ minutes because our driver was far and the attendant had to get another driver for us. Poor girl had to deal with 5-6 other parties in her own

Never showed up, never tried to contact me - Driver nevwe showed up, and never tried to contact me. Tried suport from Viator, and they could not help us. We were left to look for another trasport on our own at a late hour (00:30). Never again! Dont use their services! 😡

Very unreliable car service - Would not recommend using this service Top Tour from the airport since they will cancel your ride and not inform you after 1 or 1 and 1/2 hour. Our ride was canceled after 1.5 hour and neither the driver nor the contact from the meeting point informed us. Even though we kept our driver informed as requested we stopped receiving texts and answer to my calls after 1.5 hours. We came to Lisbon from Chicago via Toronto where our flight was delayed by 30 minutes. Our Top tour operator driver texted us at 12:05pm on 5/22/25 that he was at the airport while we were walking from the bus drop off from the plane to the customs area. The customs line was very long and moved slowly. The driver sent us info about going to the meeting point after we got our luggage and his associate would meet us and take us to him. After the plane landed at 11:36 am and then taxied to parking area, we got off the plane on the tarmac, had to wait for a bus to come pick up passengers and walk to customs to get in long line at 12:10pm.We got out of customs at 1:45pm and walked to baggage claims. As requested while waiting in customs, I texted the driver to give him updates about customs, when we got done and once we got our bags. I received 2 calls from his associate while we were in customs, I told her both times we were still in customs. Neither the associate nor the driver mentioned they only wait for 1 hour and in our case 1.5 hours and that the ride was being canceled. When we got to the meeting point, the top tour associate wasn’t there. We waited there while I texted the driver and called him. Our name wasn’t there. I walked back to the exit from customs to see if anyone was holding our name card. I asked other tour operators if they were from top tour and the weren’t. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I get directed to the associate who had come back from getting someone to their ride and she tells me oh your ride was canceled because you took too long. As she suggested I contacted viator and my refund of $69 has been denied. I will be sending screen shots of texts and ticket information since they claim they informed me. It was much cheaper and easier to get a taxi. Don’t reserve the car service. The taxi service was fast.
