PRINCESS CRUISE LINES EXCURSION - DISABLED PASSENGERS BEWARE - I visited the Veragua Rainforest excursion on 12/31/25 as part of a Princess Cruises tour. When exiting the bus, I fell due to a torn, loose carpet mat on the steps. I am a disabled veteran and had difficulty receiving assistance before or after the fall. The injury caused significant medical and emotional setbacks, documented by VA clinicians. This was reported to Princess Cruise Lines but they showed total disregard in assisting a disabled veteran with a claim. I hope the operator will review bus safety and accessibility procedures to prevent future injuries, especially for disabled passengers.

It’s a complete scam there’s nothing not the slightest monkey Nice scorpion nor nothing - Everything is fake arch fake, they put spiders snakes on you they tell you especially don't touch anything. It is very dangerous. Don’t put your hands on the ramps because there are scorpions but when I say everything is wrong everything is wrong, there was a tarantula, he explained to us that it was very aggressive, and that its bite would prevent us from breathing, and after they showed us a snake and that its venom and bite in two hours we could die but when I tell you it’s wrong it’s not a single animal that we saw in this forest, it’s true that it is very green but not the sound of a bird not the sound of a monkey, not the sound of anything except a nice waterfall, it’s a nigget, we paid two 130 dollars, it’s a complete scam, I advise you not to do it before leaving, I pushed with my foot to tarantula, it did not move a millimeter, it was wooden, I think or stuffed we wasted two hours of our time or three hours for nothing at all. Here is my opinion do not go at all.
