Extraordinary - Our experience was wonderful!!! The staff were super attentive and punctual!! Guides very well informed and learned to pass their knowledge! A highlight to Ricardo, who transmitted all his love for the history of Cusco, Marcos who introduced us to Machu Picchu speaking Portuguese fluently and explaining in an extraordinary way the history of the place. Also, I can't help but quote Fernando, who accompanied us on arrival and departure, and kept us informed about the tours. The others were wonderful too! We will definitely use the services of VIPAC again, and we will inform our friends. We thank everyone who contributed to an excellent trip.

Praise - We were assisted full-time. We didn't need to worry about the agenda because they always sent me the program with tips relevant to the tours and they sought us in the hotels on time and helped us to include the visit to the colorful mountains that was not in the program (imperdible). Very good guides in all locations. I recommend!

Just relax and enjoy the trip! - Excellent service. Punctuality, efficient communication and care in every detail, from arrival at the airport, through hotel check-in, tours and back home that essential aid in the baggage departure. They just didn't get in the plane because they couldn't. The places visited were very worth it. Thank you for making the travel experience even better.

A magazine trip - My experience was enchanting. I can describe how, upon arriving in Peru, I stepped into the pages of a magazine with majestic photographs. Its landscapes are magazine-worthy, its energy contagious, its cuisine exquisite, and its people calm and friendly. Definitely, Peru. It's an experience I must repeat.

Perfect!!!! - We did everything with this agency. They're perfect, punctual and polite. Leave a phone at your disposal if necessary. And we needed, we were at the airport for the return and we forgot the backpack at the hotel in one of the cities. The transfer vans are clean, new and always arrive on schedule. All the tours were wonderful. I highlight Alex's Cover, who supported us in the moments we needed, I don't know the name for sure. To do the tours in Cusco and Machu Picchu has to pick up an agency, super recommend this one.

Could have been much better..... - This is my first time visiting Peru. Connecting with VIPAC was my first contact with a Peruvian. My contact with one Mr Vjajes Pacifico of VIPAC was most disappointing; he has zero understanding of customer service. He was rude and most arrogant. If this tour did not fit into my schedule, I would not have bothered to proceed with it as my first experience with a Peruvian let a lot to be desired. All I did was queried about the substantially much hiked up pricing (compared to what is stated on the official website) of an additional route to go up Machu Picchu, he immediately retaliated arrogantly with an attitude of take it or leave it! and refused to continue the conversation. I have to explain to him that it is normal for a customer to enquire about pricing. He still behaved as though I owed him a living! In all my years of travel yearly across the world, Mr Vjajes Pacifico is indeed the poorest representation of his country, giving Peruvian an extremely bad image. I would have given VIPAC a rating of 0/1 instead of 4 if not the excellent qualities of the guides who worked tirelessly to ensure we have an enjoyable trip. The various VIPAC guides on various parts of the tour went the extra mile to ensure we are well taken care of. VIPAC will be much better off to sack or remove Mr Vjajes Pacifico permanently from employment. If he is the boss, then he should remove himself from doing frontline work. If he is kept on, he must be re-trained properly. I am very glad that I proceeded with the trip despite my first initial misgivings, the VIPAC guides are the true representation of what Peru people and culture should be - thank you very much for showing me and my friend that part, despite the initial very bad experience that still left much distaste in the mouth until today.
