The tour starts with the visit of Lima’s historical center, where we see colonial monuments and buildings such as: La Plaza de Armas, the town hall, and La Plaza San Martin, which was declared as world cultural heritage in 1988. We will also visit San Francisco convent which holds the biggest collection of art in South America, as well as the catacombs.

A Perfect Day Exploring Lima with My Wife - We joined the “Discover Lima” tour with National Peru Travel, and it was such a wonderful experience. Our guide was very friendly and shared fascinating stories about Lima’s history and culture. We visited beautiful colonial buildings, local markets, and even tried some delicious Peruvian food. Everything was well-organized, and we never felt rushed. It was the perfect way to explore the city together and learn more about Peru’s rich heritage. Totally worth it!

An idea tour - This tour was the ideal way to uncover Lima’s layers! Our guide wove together history, food, and local secrets effortlessly. We started at the grand Plaza de Armas, admiring the cathedral’s intricate wooden balconies, then dove into the catacombs of San Francisco Monastery, spooky but fascinating.
