Interesting tour of Colonial Aristocracy with wonderful guide - Carlos, our guide and the owner of the tour co, was wonderful. He spoke perfect English and was knowledgeable, kind and funny. The two houses we saw were interesting and a great way to dive deeper into the colonial lives of the aristocracy. This was our second visit to Lima so we wanted to see something different than the typical intro to Lima tours and glad we did this tour.

Warning and do not recommend this tour operator - We had to pay an additional USD 45.00 (i.e. USD 180 total for 3 people and not the USD 135 indicated) for the equivalent of a fourth person because we were told (after the purchase was made and confirmed) that a minimum of 4 people were required (there were 3 of us), that the additional payment be in cash directly to them because otherwise it was cancelled. They took us to the House of Aliaga and Fernandini despite the fact that the page indicates that it will be the house of Aliaga and the Rosa Mercedes Ayarza Creole Culture. Lack of communication and transparency.
