This well-preserved Naxi ancient town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997 and is one of China’s four best-preserved ancient cities.
• Mufu Palace - Next, embark on a journey to the Ming-dynasty style Mufu Palace, often referred to as the “Forbidden City” of Lijiang, to learn about Tusi’s governance and admire the Naxi people’s rich culture and exquisite arts.
• Black Dragon Pond Park - Afterwards, visit the Donaba family to learn about the Dongba script, used by the Naxi, which is considered the last surviving pictographic script in the world.

Then, travel to Yuhu Village, situated at the base of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
