Our chauffeur, Jeremy Castillo, went above and beyond to accommodate us and to make our road trip so much fun and our excursion memorable by taking photographs and educating us about all the areas we visited. If you plan you come to this beautiful country and visit the Tamarindo area, you must book your transfers and excursions with Showtime Tamarindo and ask for Jeremy Castillo to be your chauffeur. He is the BEST!!!!

Wonderful!! - Showtime Tamarindo was nothing short of amazing! Our driver, Yeremy Castillo, was waiting for us when we arrived. He welcomed us to Costa Rica, loaded our luggage, and offered cold water to all of us. The van was very clean & comfortable. Along the way to our destination, Yeremy pointed out sights, and shared interesting facts of Costa Rica. We enjoyed our ride & were so happy to meet Yeremy! Amazing Transportation - A family of 30 went to Tamarindo for a wedding. We hired Showtime Tamarindo to transport us around during the 9 days we were here. We needed 3-4 vans at a time and Marvin, Jeremy, and their team were amazing. They were accommodating, patient, kind, and so much more during the time we spent in their vans. Their service is the best I have ever seen. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful and kind driver - We utilized this transportation for our group of 9 to go from Playa Flamingo to Liberia Airport and Jeremy was such a wonderful driver and made us all feel comfortable. He was kind and even stood outside his vehicle when we had to make a pit stop to use the restroom. We felt very safe and he was top notch! We will always try to use this company because of the cleanliness of the vehicle and will always request Jeremy !

Highly Recommend! - We used this service on our honeymoon to take us to and from the Liberia Airport to our destination in Santa Teresa. Marvin made the instructions to find the driver very clear and we had no issues upon arrival. Our driver, Jeremy, was awesome! He was very accommodating to when we needed to stop and was friendly. It was quite a long drive and we were able to learn a lot about Costa Rica from him which was an added plus! I highly recommend using this service!

Expertise from start to finish! - Marvin and his crew were spot on, from when we first communicated with him months ahead of our trip thru our stay. He was always quick to respond and coordinated our stay from getting lunch, fruit, groceries and alcohol the first day from the airport thru the week of excursions, coordinating taxis m, tours and providing so much history of Costa Rica. He is the most personable guide, that when you leave CR you feel a special connection to him and his company. Humberto is the man! - Humberto was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He was on time, the car was clean. Water was cold, could not have been better. Also, Showtime was $60 LESS than the hotel’s suggested car transfer company.

You don't need to use TripAdvisor! - We made a reservation for a private van to pick us at the Liberia airport, drinks included. When we arrived, no such vehicle was there. However, there were dozens of other transportation services waiting outside the airport to pick up other arriving passengers, so we asked around and finally found someone who knew the company we thought we had hired. He called them for us, and when we got them on the phone they informed us that they had no record of our reservation. They asked us how we made the reservation. When we told them it was through TripAdvisor, they told us that was the problem, specifically that TripAdvisor frequently fails to convey reservations to the local service provider. Fortunately, they found us other transportation to Tamarindo, but it sure as heck wasn't the fancy private van with free drinks and and an experienced guide that we had paid for. Instead, we were hustled across a sandy parking lot, dragging our bags behind us, and crammed into the back seat of a small sedan with no a/c, driven by a local who couldn't speak a word of English. We were relieved to get to our hotel in one piece, but it certainly wasn't in the style we expected, nor worthy of the price that we paid in advance. The moral of this cautionary tale is that you don't need to use TripAdvisor. There are numerous transportation and tour guide options available online or through your hotel without the need of going through a third-party!
