Teenager-Approved – Worth Every Minute - My husband and 13-year-old son picked this excursion, and it ended up being one of the top highlights of our entire trip! We did both the canyoning and tubing activities, and I can’t recommend them enough. The canyoning adventure was out of my comfort zone—rappelling down waterfalls was a little scary at first—but the guides were amazing. They made us feel completely safe and confident, and I’m so glad I did it. My son absolutely LOVED every second and is still talking about it! Afterwards, we went tubing through small rapids, and that part was an absolute blast—full of fun, laughter, and beautiful scenery. It was the perfect mix of adventure and family bonding. If you're looking for something exciting, well-run, and truly memorable, this is a must-do experience. I’d do it again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Waterfall Canyoning - My friend and I did this tour without the hot springs and mud baths afterwards. If you are a thrill seeker, this is definitely the tour for you! We were lowered and dropped into the river, climbed a waterfall, rappelled down a small cliff, and did a tarzan swing through the waterfall. We had several guides around us at all times, so that even the one person on our tour that couldn't swim felt safe. I would highly recommend this for some adventure in Rincon de la Vieja National Park!

Great Day Trip! - The national park at Rincon de La Vieja is absolutely stunning. We went for a half day trip that included canyoning, mineral baths, and a buffet lunch. We could’ve easily spent the entire day at the park. Everything is very well organized and the staff we worked with was great! Felt safe the entire time and loved the adventure. Canyoning was incredible and mineral baths were relaxing. Overall great time. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience but let down with the tour’s timing - The waterfall rappelling and swing were amazing, and the guides were wonderful—such a fun and memorable experience! We purchased the photo option for the waterfall and it was worth every penny. The downside was that our tour started 30 minutes late. Afterward, the drive to the Hot Springs took a minimum of 30 minutes instead of the expected 10 minutes, which meant we lost about an hour of time there. Unfortunately, half of the Springs had already closed by the time we arrived, and the visit felt rushed. We also expected the Hot Springs and mud bath to be two separate experiences, but the “mud bath” was just a small bowl of mud provided on-site, which was a bit disappointing. The website could do a much better job explaining this. Overall, the activities themselves were fantastic, but the delays and lack of clear information took away from the value of the experience.
