The flight will be monitored from departure to track any delays or early arrivals. A bilingual driver will be waiting at the airport exit, holding a sign with the passenger’s name. All drivers are in uniform for easy recognition. The driver will handle the luggage and escort the passenger to a private van, allowing them to relax and enjoy the journey to the Andaz Papagayo Resort. The trip takes approximately 40 minutes, with optional stops for supermarket visits, fruit purchases, or photo opportunities. Before departure, the driver will confirm the hotel reservation and ensure the passenger is in the capable hands of the hotel staff.
