• Liantangzhen - Meet your friendly private guide at the hotel lobby and travel to Liantang Water Village in the Qingpu district.

Upon arrival, the guide will share insights into the history and local culture. There is a historic sauce and pickles shop, “Fukang,” established in 1919, which you can view from the outside. Spend the afternoon exploring the old alleyways and enjoy a peaceful boat ride to soak in the tranquility. This 1000-year-old town is also the hometown of Mr. Chen Yun, a notable figure in the Chinese Communist Party. You can learn more about him at the Chen Yun Museum there.

• Xitang Ancient Town - In the late afternoon, proceed to Xitang to witness the stunning sunset and wander along the cobbled streets. Xitang is lively at night, with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Enjoy a dining experience by the riverside to admire the breathtaking view of the village when it is illuminated.
