Experience a guided tour down The Great River on a 30-foot bamboo raft, accommodating two people per raft, with a weight limit of 500 lbs for both travelers. Please be aware that the weight limit is strictly enforced for this activity. The Great River serves as a primary water source for Montego Bay and nearby communities. Local cuisine is available at a nearby cook shop (a local eatery) for an additional cost (optional). The menu typically features Curried Goat, Pork, Oxtail, and Chicken prepared in various styles such as fried, curried, or brown stew.

The rafting experience is expected to last between 75 to 90 minutes.

All rafting concludes at the starting point unless high river conditions occur. High river conditions arise when the river level increases due to rainfall in other areas, making it unsafe to return to the starting point.

If you would like to add special touches to your raft, such as balloons or decorations, please inform us in advance, especially for birthday celebrations or special events.
