An unforgettable and amazing trip to Geiranger - I took this private tour with my wife and son. Igvar was my tour guide. I must say that this is a marvelous and an unforgettable experience. While the scenery is very beautiful in Geiranger and neighboring areas, Igvar explained everything clearly to us. There were 4 boat trips including the Geiranger Fjord and we also went up the mountain and looked back to the Fjord and surrounding areas. Besides the Fjord, we also spent a lot of time in neighboring areas such as waterfalls, lakes, gracier, etc. We all enjoy this trip very much. Highly recommended

An unforgettable two days - I wish there were an option to give 10 stars for exceptional experiences. Iggy deserves it. He is an amazing person as well as guide. We did two private tours and enjoyed every minute of both long days. Iggy took care of everything, from picking us up to coordinating all ferries to buying lunch to buying us Norwegian goodies to take home as gifts. In my case, I had developed out the blue back issues which made it difficult to get in and out of the car. Iggy went so far as to go to a pharmacy to buy me something for the pain and refused to take any money for it. Such display of kindness is not often seen. We saw a lot of amazing sites and have some wonderful pictures of everything but our most fond memories are of Iggy and everything he shared about the sites, Norway as a country and its people, and about life in general. Thank you Iggy for everything.

Iggy is a wonderful tour guide - In mid September, my wife and I traveled to Norway and had the pleasure of having Iggy as our tour guide for three days when we were based in Alesund . He was an amazing guide. We designed our tours based on itineraries on his website, and especially on the amazing day when we went to Geiranger, we visited places that had few or no tourists. Iggy was highly organized, very reliable and took great care of us. We learned a lot about what we were seeing, which greatly enhanced our experience. Iggy also communicated his spiritual appreciation of the natural beauty around us, which we shared and which made the experience all the more powerful. Moreover, being with Iggy was a lot of fun due to his wonderful sense of humor. He is also very insightful. We have no hesitation in giving Iggy our highest recommendation.

Ålesund to Gieranger - Margita provided an exceptional experience for all of us. She was punctual, knowledgeable of the area and extremely accommodating to all of our requests. We could not have asked for a more perfect day or person to spend it with. We all felt like we got to see everything there was to see and didn’t leave anything on the table. Thank you for that Margita!

Highly recommended & worth while! - Iggy provided us with a full day (about 11 hours) trip as advertised. He was professional, informative, keen to answer all our questions, attentive & considerate. The route had to be adjusted due to road closures as a result of inclement weather the night before - with his experience & professionalism he handled these last minute, unforeseen seen changes with no problem. Our visit to Ålesund & surrounds is only enriched thanks to his tour.

Fabulous day trip - Iggy was phenomenal. He escorted us from our hotel in Alesund via local roads through small villages and 3 small local ferries. To Geiranger and all over that area including Dalsnibba viewpoint and eagle road. He was interweaving to be with, knew all the small places and viewpoints, simply an outstanding day in the Norway fjord area. 12 hours passed so quickly. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Best tour guide we ever had! - We had originally hoped to take the ferry from Ålesund to Geiranger, but it was not available during our visit to Norway. We looked at taking a short fjord cruise out of Ålesund, but it did not go very far into the fjord. We could have rented a car, but the price and stress levels would have been high. Luckily we found this guided tour given by Igvars. This was without a doubt the best guided tour we have ever had. We have used a number of other private guides on trips we planned ourselves, but none of the other guides were so thoughtful, enthusiastic and pleasant. Igvars watched over us like a parent, shielded us from crowds, provided snacks and advised us regarding how to see the best sights. I had feared that a driving tour of Geiranger Fjord would only let us see the fjord from on high. Igvars planned a route that involved multiple short ferry rides through the beautiful parts of the fjord. As a result, we saw the fjord from both the water and on high. In short, Geiranger Fjord was the most beautiful fjord we visited in Norway, and Igvar’s tour was the best guided tour we have ever had. My wife and I both felt that this was tour was well worth its price.

Absolutely Amazing - I can’t describe how wonderful this tour was! Margita was the best guide! She was so nice and cool and super knowledgeable! We walked around pretty little villages, had tea and apple cake at an amazing hotel, saw gorgeous waterfalls, and took ferries through breathtaking fjords. It was truly one of the highlights on a wonderful trip! I can’t recommend this tour enough!
