Loved it! Wasn't sure what to bring so I put it in my review - We loved this tour. The cenotes are so cool to see. I booked this last minute and didn't see a lot of details on what we would do or what to bring. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to What To Do In Cancun. There we were assigned to our group and after a short wait we received a run down of the trip. There are multiple signs saying no sunscreen, no bags, no cameras, etc. This is for inside the cenote only. You can take all of these things with you and take your own pictures, you just can't take them down the stairs and into the water. We took a safari bus to the first cenote, swam for our allotted time and then walked a short way to the second cenote. Here we participated in a tequila tasting. If you didn't want tequila or had kids you were welcome to swim. Then we got back on the bus and went to the last cenote. This is the largest and least clear, but has the zipline and the platform for jumping that is 20' high. Each cenote has a platform for jumping or stairs if you prefer not to jump. After that the bus took us back to the main office where we received three tacos and watched a Mayan dance. A photographer accompanies your group and the pictures are available for sale. I paid $60 for 142 pictures and felt I got my money's worth. Overall this was a very cool experience. The staff were all great and everything was clean and well-maintained. As far as what to bring I would recommend a towel, change of clothes, swimsuit, sandals, and goggles. Water shoes would be nice, but not necessary. You have to wear the provided life jackets, sunscreen is not allowed and not needed as most of the tour is fairly shaded. The staff is somewhat pushy when it comes to trying to get you to buy things or provide tips, but I felt this was part of being a tourist in Mexico.

Great family activity - This was a great day for all of the family. My 10 year old son loved jumping into the cenotes and the zip line. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole cenotes experience and the tequila tasting!

Enjoyable experience! - Absolutely loved it! The pickup driver was so sweet and funny! The tour guide encouraged everyone out of their comfort zone which I enjoyed! I would definitely do it again!

Very fun excursion, it... - Very fun excursion, it was thrilling to jump into the 3 different cenotes and ride through the jungle. While I enjoyed this tour I have a few things to note. The hotel pick up and drop off was very convenient but added an extra 2 hours each way since we were staying near Tulum and had to stop at 4-5 other hotels. I wouldn’t recommend this tour if you were staying that far away. I also felt we didn’t get enough time at each cenote. The tequila tasting was really good, but it took time away from swimming in the cenotes. The guides also never actually explained what a cenote is or how they were created or why they are an important ecosystem.

Fun day at the Cenotes - Overall I would say this was a good experience. The pickup from our resort went smoothly. They did remind us 3 times of the pickup time and said they wouldn’t wait for more than 5 minutes, which is funny because the next stop we waited about 25 minutes for their pickup. The drive to the Cenote was extremely bumpy and I would not suggest for older/ bad back people! Our tour guide Henry was fun and had great music the entire time. The tequila tasting was good but a bit long of a presentation and salesman like. The tacos snack was again good but had to pay for drinks and any extras. The fire show was good but again they ask for tips. The round up for all the groups to go back to resorts was chaotic! Pay attention or you will miss your bus! The last driver begged for a tip and was very rude! Overall was great day at the Cenotes but much longer than expected to be gone. I believe it was said to be a 4 hour trip when in reality we were gone a little over 6 hours total.

Be wary of the upsell - Good amount of time at the cenotes. Guides and tequila master were informative and entertaining. Only downside was that every turn, the company was trying to upsell you on lunch, photos, sandals, masks. You name it, they tried to sell it.

The cenotes were pretty... - The cenotes were pretty but this is private land and the experience is set up so that you're basically just shuttled from one shopportunity to another. I was asked to buy something at least six times. I was hit up for tips at least four times. I was asked to rate the experience four times. You have to watch a kind of sad little show you didn't ask for before they will take you back to your hotel while they sell you mediocre food and drinks. The "Zipline" included in the three cenote experience is not what I call a zipline. It's not the kind where you strap in or anything. The actual time you spend in the cenotes is a fraction of the total time you spend there. I'd prefer just going to a public cenote on my own.
