Fun Filled Day with your guide Aldo! - First time visiting Mexico with partner and booked this excursion for his birthday to celebrate. Transportation was provided, we were picked up from hotel resort and driven to park, also driven back afterwards. Check in was quick and easy, they gave great overview of all info and we even ended up upgrading to a VIP private cenote with tequila tasting. There was also a chef who cooked for the group and the tacos were very yummy. Our tour guide, Aldo, was amazing and very humorous. He kept our group laughing and entertained. There were also professional photographers that captured the day and photos were available to purchase at the end for a reasonable price. Overall a great day and would highly recommend!!

Adventure of a lifetime - The best part of this trip was everything... Jose "TEQUILA TEAM" was outstanding. I loved everything about my experience there. The Zipline, ATVs, can't swimming was 100%. Jose made the experience one I'll never forget and that's because it was well coordinated. Gracias por la memoria.

Pedro is the best!!! - Pedro was the best guide ever. Very knowledgeable, very kind and educated. I would recommend going on this tour and if possible ask for Pedro you will not regret it at all. I have a family of 9 that went and everyone of us really enjoyed everything about this tour.

Our experience - My daughter and I had a great time drag racing in a vintage sports car. The drag racing was a extra fee. The zip line course was great. hHowever, the ATV’s was really boring. The group we were in was going really slow which caused the whole group to go really slow. The cenote looked liked fun but it looked man made and it was a little green so we decided not to get into the water. The food was great something to get you through the day.

Good day!! But very slow - A very slow day. All the activities here were amazing. But the group sizes are HUGE. We had about 30 Holliday makers in our group and getting through each activity was so slow. What was advertised as a 6 hour trip was about 8/9 hours with a delayed pick up. Alongside this, we had problems when paying for our trip, the driver over charged us, and the exchange rate from dollars to pesos was ridiculous. They also do not give you change so be sure to have the right money. Pedro the tour guide however, was amazing!!

Very fun! However, improvements needed - Most of the day was very fun! I'll start with the positives.
Good:
- Pick up was very prompt.
- Ziplines are fun and the guide made everyone try it upside down which I wouldn't have done on my own!
- Cenote is beautiful and has a zipline into the water.
-ATV terrain is rocky which is exactly what you want for more adventure.
- Guide Mary was wonderful and funny!
- Tequila tasting was fun and the guy (sorry, forgot his name) was entertaining.
Bad:
- You can't take your camera to the zipline or ATV. They have a photographer and they want $69 (the cheapest package) at the end if you want your pictures via AirDrop. NOT COOL. I have been on other ziplines and ATVs where you can bring your own phone/camera. The picture pricing is outrageous.
- Cenote swim was only 30 minutes which is too short. Even 45 minutes would have been perfect.
- They said lunch was included, but it was two small tacos. Definitely not lunch but just a snack.
