8-days Ladakh tour with our driver Gulzar: unforgettable experience - We decide to visit Ladakh without a good preparation since a little bit in a hurry, this is the reason why we asked for a full support to Active Adventure agency. Before reviewing the solution offered by the agency that has been impeccable I really want to spent my feedback on what makes our travel a special experience. Our driver Gulzar, a smart guy with a good English adds something special to our trip. He takes care about of us every day with strong professionalism and deep love for his job; even when we got some health troubles he was there, giving supports and help. During the trip he gave us appreciated details about places we were visiting, he showed special spots out of standard route, he was very patient with our several stops for taking pictures and our Italian music, he passed his passion for nature bringing us in a unforgettable experience with a lot of fun. The quality of the support offered by the agency has been really appreciated, I asked for some modifications to the first plan, including additional stops and a motorbike self-drive tour to Chardung La pass. The agency demonstrated flexibility, punctuality on the communications and very professionalism. I strongly suggest for everyone is thinking about a travel in extraordinary landscapes between high mountains and amazing lakes, the energy on Buddhism Monasteries and Ladakhi food to set a travel with Active Adventure requiring driver Gulzar for having the best!

Memorable experience in Ladakh - We were in Ladakh for 10 days and overall the experience was wonderful. Dorjay did an amazing job accommodating our multiple changes to the itinerary, starting with a visa delay and required a last minute rescheduling of our arrival, and again when we managed to squeeze in a last minute blessing by the Dalai Lama. Our guide Chos was wonderful - she spoke good English and was funny, helpful, knowledgeable and insightful especially during our visits to the monasteries and temples. Her sharp eyes helped spot many animals we would have otherwise missed. Our drivers, especially Soman who drove us most of the time, were also great and accommodated our multiple requests for stops to take photos of the scenery, marmots and blue sheep. The vehicles provided for our trip were a comfortable size and kept clean every day. Overall the experience was fantastic and the people warm and friendly.

A memorable trip - We had the most remarkabe 10 day tour organised by Dorjay with a great driver and guide. We were well looked after from airport pickup to drop off. The trip included going over the Khardung La and Wari La passes, explorations of the Sham valley, Nubra valley and Sakti. We visited monasteries large and small, villages and palaces all with the backdrop of the most amazing mountains. permits were all organised for us. The accommodation was excellent, and the tour exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

A Life-Changing 13-Day Journey Through Ladakh with the Best Team - We had an absolutely unforgettable 13-day journey through Ladakh with Active Adventure India, and we couldn’t be more grateful for this incredible experience. A huge thank you to Dorjay, the owner, for making this trip so special. Our 13-day adventure started from Srinagar and took us through Kargil, Leh, Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, Hanle, and Tso Moriri, covering some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Ladakh. From the very beginning, although we encountered some unexpected challenges, Dorjay was extremely responsive, professional, and proactive in helping us solve everything. His dedication and care truly transformed the situation and made this journey one of the best tours we have ever experienced. A very special thank you to Gulzar, our driver and guide, who took incredible care of us throughout the journey. He was not only an excellent and safe driver with outstanding skills on some of the most challenging roads in Ladakh, but also an amazing photographer who captured countless beautiful moments for us. Best local travel Agent in Ladakh - Active Adventures organised an excellent tour that perfectly combined trekking and cultural experiences. They took the time to understand our interests and tailored the trip to what we were truly looking for. The accommodations they selected were outstanding. Our stays at the Dolkhar Resort in Leh, The Kyagar in Nubra Valley, and Arco Hotel in Sonamarg were all excellent choices and greatly enhanced our experience. Our guide, Chodon, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the journey. We spent 15 unforgettable days in Ladakh, and even then, we wished we could have stayed longer. We fell in love with the people, breathtaking landscapes, monasteries, and rich culture of Ladakh. The warmth and hospitality of the local communities made a lasting impression on us. We especially enjoyed the hiking, rafting, and mountain biking downhill adventures. Special thanks to our driver, Stanzin, and the entire Active Adventures team for making our holiday truly memorable. We still cherish the wonderful memories of Ladakh and hope to return one day.

Great Private Tour in Ladakh - I recently completed a 18-day tour through Ladakh in April with Active Adventure, and it was a very positive experience. The trip was well-organized and specifically tailored to my interests, which made the long itinerary feel manageable and personalized. Dorjay, the owner, was easy to work with from the start. He was flexible when I needed to make adjustments during the trip and checked in regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly. His proactive follow-ups were appreciated and ensured there were no logistical issues. My driver, Ali, was excellent. He knows the local routes very well, which is essential in this region, and he is a safe, reliable driver.
