Leh - Upon arrival at Leh airport, a representative will warmly welcome you. You will be transferred to your hotel in Leh. Spend the day resting to acclimatize. In the evening, feel free to take a leisurely walk to explore the Leh market. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers - Experience the essence of Leh’s renowned tourist attractions in one day. Start with an early breakfast followed by a visit to the historic Leh Palace. Proceed to Nimoo to witness the breathtaking confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, also known as Sangam. For an additional cost, you can enjoy an exhilarating 16 KM rafting session on the Zanskar river. On the return journey, stop at Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Saheb, and the Hall of Fame. Spend your evening at Shanti Stupa. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Leh Royal Palace - The Leh Palace, also referred to as Lachen Palkar Palace, is a former royal residence overlooking Leh city in Ladakh, India. Built around 1600 by Sengge Namgyal, the palace was abandoned when Dogra forces took over Ladakh in the mid-19th century, forcing the royal family to relocate to Stok Palace.

Magnetic Hill - Magnet Hill is a gravity hill near Leh in Ladakh, India. The area’s layout and surrounding slopes create an optical illusion of a hill. The road on the hill is actually downhill, but objects and cars appear to roll uphill, defying gravity, when they are actually rolling downhill.

Alchi Monastery - Continue your journey to the Alchi Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ancient murals and sculptures. Appreciate the unique blend of Indian and Tibetan architectural styles and immerse yourself in the monastery’s spiritual ambiance.

Likir Monastery - After visiting Alchi, proceed to Likir Gonpa.

Shanti Stupa - After exploring Leh’s attractions, spend the evening at Shanti Stupa, which offers stunning panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It is a tranquil place to watch the sunset and meditate.

LEH TO NUBRA

Khardung La - Known as the gateway to the Nubra and Shyok Valleys in the Ladakh region of Jammu and Kashmir, it is the highest motorable pass in the world. Tourists frequently cross over from Leh, pausing to take photographs. Adventure bikers from across the country and the world visit this mountain pass for an adventure-filled experience. Khardung La Pass is located on the Ladakh range, 40 km from Leh, at an altitude of 18,379 ft (5602 m).

Hunder - Enjoy the breathtaking view of Shayok Valley and don’t miss the Desert Safari ride on the famous Himalayan double-humped camels in Hunder.

Diskit Gompa - Diskit Monastery, also known as Deskit Gompa or Diskit Gompa, is the oldest and largest Buddhist monastery in Diskit, located in the Nubra Valley in the Leh district of Ladakh, India. It belongs to the Gelugpa sect of Tibetan Buddhism.

Hunder Sand Dunes - After visiting the monastery, head to the Hunder Sand Dunes to witness the unique sight of the famous Himalayan double-humped camels. Take a Desert Safari ride and enjoy the spectacular view of the Shayok Valley.

NUBRA TO PANGONG

Pangong Tso - After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards the eastern border of Ladakh, crossing the Shayok Valley. The drive to Pangong is an adventure in itself, offering stunning views of the rugged mountains and picturesque landscapes of Ladakh. Upon reaching Pangong by afternoon, you’ll be greeted by the world’s highest saltwater lake, situated at a height of almost 4,350m. The crystal-clear blue waters of the lake contrast beautifully with the surrounding arid mountains, creating a breathtaking sight. Pangong Lake is one of the most famous lakes in Leh Ladakh, extending to almost 160 km, with one-third of it in India and the other two-thirds in China. Spend the evening exploring the lake’s beauty, enjoying a leisurely stroll along the banks. The region’s altitude of over 4000 meters above sea level and minimal artificial light make it ideal for stargazing (subject to clear weather conditions).

PANGONG TO LEH + LADAKH LUNCH EXPERIENCE IN STOK

Changla Pass - Rise early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise at Pangong Lake. After breakfast on the shores of Pangong Lake, head back to Leh via the Changla Pass.

Thiksey Monastery - Located north of the Indus River on a hilltop, less than 20km from Leh town, Thiksey Monastery was built in 1430 AD and belongs to the Gelukpa Order.
