The host was very personal and helped my wife and I when we needed some assistance. I highly recommend this tour.

Mikey our guide was fabulous! It was a wonderful tour, we learned a lot and saw baby sharks, conchs, jellyfish and sea turtles!

The tour was great, the idea of pulling us out to the mangrove was so smart. There were way too many people who didn’t know how to paddle/stear. I’d suggest having a limit of how many kayaks can go out. It was sooooo crowded the turtles were not happy and it was difficult to see because of too many boats. I don’t feel as though we got to see as much as we could have due to too many people.

The instructions were to bring water shoes, not mentioning that we'd get soaked much above the feet. Being wet made us feel very cold on the "trip" back, especially with the head wind (I realize that you can't control that part, but it was not an enjoyable end to the tour). The tour guide was difficult to understand and seemed under some influence... He spent an enormous amount of time sharing some info that could be looked up online in seconds. We got quote annoyed with his blatant attempt to stretch the time. Unlike the nice picture on your website, the only animals we saw looked like dark blobs on the bottom. Highly disappointing. The overall tour took much longer than advertised, causing us to miss our dinner reservation.

Our tour was cancelled for February 7, 2026 and we have not received a refund.
