We were a group of 8 and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. It seemed a bit chaotic at the launch site with multiple groups going out at the same time but the absolute highlight was our guide Daniel Pelican Eyes. He took absolute control of the situation provided a great experience.

Overall the kayaking parts were really great. But a lot of the sitting and hearing about certain things definitely felt more geared towards the small children that happened to be placed with us. Also the small children and their parents should have been handled better, they were bumping into people, dragging behind and overall struggling. Maybe splitting groups up more by families/groups with small children vs no children groups would have helped. I probably could have picked a lower satisfaction level honestly, but it’s a beautiful area and the kayaks were nice (I expected them to be more scraped up considering the nature of materials and use over time).
