Fun experience - We had a great time riding the jet skis! The staff was very flexible when it came to us deciding to reschedule due to the rainy weather we ended up facing the day of the excursion. Highly recommend doing this excursion as we also pass by Noah’s Ark & stopped at Half Moon Bay to see some iguanas :)

Jet Ski Fun - Our guide was Carl and he was very friendly and straightforward with his instructions that he wanted us to follow. The jet skis were big enough for 2 people and easy to pilot. Would absolutely do it again and the path that he had us take was easy to follow and exhilarating.

Such a fun excursion!... - Such a fun excursion! Gene was such a great guide! Took us to the ship, then to Noah’s Ark to take a picture, and then to half moon bay to see some iguanas! He was very knowledgeable about the shipwreck as well as half moon bay. He was super funny and made the trip worth it! Highly recommend him as a guide and this as an excursion!

Great trip. - We had a great time, the guide ended up taking my youngest with him and let her drive. She had the time of her life blazing by her teenage brothers. We were not able to jump off the ship as it's closed down. Other than that though it was a good time.

First rate experience! Crème de la crème! - This was the most amazing water experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to many islands and our guide today, Eel, is the best tour guide. He made the experience extra special and I highly recommend you request Eel to guide your safari. I can’t wait to come back!

Nice day out on the water - We had a lot of fun on the Jetski but did not get to jump off the ghost ship. They said the ladder was taken away, it was the main reason for booking. If the guide wasn't so awesome we would have given 1 star. We still had fun on the jet ski.

Poor communication - experience just OK - We booked a 1 hour jet ski tour same day and drove ourselves to the location. It was easy to find but a guy approached our car as we parked asking for 10$ to park there which we eventually paid (I think he worked for the port area?). We made our way into yellow-blue building and found the desk to check in. The two women and one man working there acted mildly annoyed, never looked up from their computers or made eye contact - unfriendly and made us sign forms and then basically said nothing. Every action was micromanaged - do this, do that, stand over there, don't do that - it was very tense. We stood around and eventually someone said we needed life jackets which 3 of 4 of us got before the life jacket person wandered off unexpectedly and never returned. When we asked if there were places to store our stuff the desk waved us at some wooden "lockers" like it should have been obvious to know we could use them. It turned out there were shared with others - there were towels in the lockers and we were tersely told "Those are NOT YOURS! Do not touch them!" but to share the box. The boxes were not actually locked so we went and put things in our car instead. After that it was unclear what to do and we stood around awkwardly outside. The staff were either on their computers or down by the water front - and other guests / ferry passengers were in front of the building. After a while I went back into building and found out we were waiting for another family to arrive. This would have been good to know at the beginning - but maybe they were annoyed we arrived early / at the time the Viator reservation said to? The second family of 4 arrived just in time as the prior booking time arrived back at the dock with the jet skis so we could switch with them. The jet skis were in fair-ish condition. Clearly had collided with multiple things with gauges not working, etc. We got on them with a tiny bit of instruction - the "guide" gave no attention to even making sure we understood - and started out. The other family ended up leaving 2 behind because they could not get a straight answer from the guide if two of their more cautious people could return if it got too rough. The guide took off and we were to follow him - there was no time allotted to ensure you were comfortable operating the jet skis. It was nearly impossible to understand him over the noise of the engines. Luckily my family had some experience with jet skis / watercraft etc. If you do not have any I would be cautious about booking this excursion. It took about 15 minutes to reach the ship wreck. We stopped there briefly but did not take pictures as we left our phones behind (was unclear if a way to keep them water safe). You cannot dive off the ship like appears in the pictures - which given the state of the ship I understood. But they should remove that marketing photo so not to mislead folks. We then retraced our route toward the dock briefly going by small party area-cay-islet called "Noah's Ark" but inexplicably did not stop. It was a tease - like why show us if we aren't going to stop? We then went back to the dock and unloaded. We wondered if only the 2 hour tours stop off at small beaches or Noah's Ark area or to see iguanas. Maybe we took to long at the wreck site - we will never know. When we got back we regretted not bringing our own towels (dumb mistake) and rode back wet in our car. We also never got any photos at all. Net net I would not work with Caribbean Cruisin again due to the poor communication and interactions we had with the staff. I get it was the holidays and maybe the staff was tired of dealing with tourists. I would recommend closing up early if that is the case in the future vs. accepting business and doing it half hearted.
