Our favorite tour in Bora Bora - We did several tours in Bora Bora. This one was by far our favorite. The positioning of the sunset cruise was perfect for an unobstructed view of the sunset. The boat was small and intimate with just one other family the evening we joined. The captain, Manu, was informative and engaging. After the cruise, we went to the motu where Manu told us about the history of navigation and exploration among the Polynesian cultures. We observed the stars for about 45 minutes before returning to our hotel. On the way back, Manu serenaded us while playing his ukulele. A perfect evening.

Precious experience to learn more about the origin and culture of Polynesia - We booked this tour with the group option and in the end we turned out to be the only people who had booked for that day, so we ended up having a private tour for the two of us. It's a tour they've recently relaunched, and we loved it! The departure is at the perfect time to enjoy the sunset from the boat. Both the captain and the guide were super friendly and attentive. We were offered a few glasses of champagne to toast along the way, they took pictures with the sunset, and finally we arrived at a private motu next to the Four Seasons. There they had chairs prepared overlooking Mount Otemanu and the sunset, fresh drinks and some food to snack on. As dusk ended and the stars rose, they explained the origins of Polynesia, where they came from, the initial migrations and the first explorations. Then once it was dark, they explained to us how the Polynesians did to navigate and understand how to orient themselves, and we saw the stars and constellations in the sky with the help of an application that they lent us. It was a very nice night that we enjoyed very much.

Outstanding guides and... - Outstanding guides and tour! We had Manu and Nono, they took us to watch the sunset and then to a private island to stargaze. We saw the Milky Way and many zodiac symbols, and Manu also taught us the history of French Polynesia. They also provided light snacks and drinks to us, overall a great experience!

Best evening cruise in Bora Bora! - We had a great time with Manu and his crew getting to drink wine and watch the sunset. The entertainment was top shelf between the crew and passengers. Definitely take this drop if you want to see the stars and learn about Polynesian culture, AND have a lot of fun laughing. Everyone was so nice, we could have done this tour multiple times.

Beautiful evening - We went out with Manauu and Tahi they were interactive funny and informative. They told us about life on Bora Bora, sang and gave an informative session . There was a full moon but they were able to show us many constellations and explain the Polynesian migration! We had some bubbly fruit and canopies. 100% recommended

Polynesian stars - Booked this tour through the Royal Bora Bora Hotel. We were picked up from hotel dock and taken out on the lagoon to watch the sunset. Crew fed us with snack, champagne and beer. Then we were transported to a motu to have guide Patrick educate us on the Polynesian navigators and showed us how the stars were used to guide them. Captain Moana and Patrick both serenaded us with a ukelele and island songs in their own ancient language. With no light pollution it almost seemed like we could touch the heavens. Great trip for all ages.

An “AWE” inspiring tour! - This is an exceptional experience! Our guides were fun, knowledgeable, professional and provided exceptional information about the island, it’s people and of the sights in the night sky! A stunning boat ride, an exquisite sunset, a bit of bubbly with yummy canapés to a private island. Clean restrooms were a delightful addition to the ambiance, with well lit pathways to our comfy Adirondack chairs for max sky viewing pleasure!! Thanks to the team for a really romantic and memorable night!!

Taste and gorgeous sights of nighttime Bora Bora - Excellent guides! Great appetizers and coconut water. Great history info and knowledge of Bora Bora. Very personable and funny! Would strongly recommend!
