Everything were nice the views the pools and the challet we were in.also the play park for the kids - We had a adorable time there and would definitely go again.we had 5 challets booked there and all challets were booked nxt to each other.

Romantic and bonding - My spouse and I chose a safari instead of a beach getaway, and this company made it the perfect romantic escape. The guesthouses were warm and intimate, they provided well-prepared meals, and timely pickups.
We visited destinations with breathtaking landscapes that felt straight out of postcards. Seeing wildlife at golden hour created unforgettable memories. The cultural experience we had with local dancers was magical. Exceptional value for money.

Excellent - My friends and I came to the neptune and were made very welcome. The landlord and bar staff were so friendly and accomodating. We would absolutley recommend The old Neptune for a safe, enjoyable time. 5 star everytime. Thank you

A Return Visitor - My Son, Daughter, and I visited Tahiti Village from September 16 through September 23. This was my third time visiting. My last visit was approximately 10 years ago. I planned the trip via my timeshare exchange. I booked a one-bedroom that accommodated up to four people. Unfortunately, when I booked my stay, the one-bedroom unit booked did not come with a full kitchen. After learning of this, I tried everything to change our accommodations to a larger unit with a full kitchen, but failed. I was somewhat dreading my decision because I thought without a full kitchen and a full size refrigerator, how was I going to make this work with three adults who tire of eating out quite quickly. But, when we arrived at Tahiti Village Resort & Spa, located off the strip, things started looking up! The place was as I remembered it. What a relief. From the time we checked in to the time we departed, our stay was very pleasant. We were able to upgrade to a one-bedroom with a full kitchen. Maria, who works at the Check-in desk, saved the day. She was so helpful. She has a very positive attitude, and is one of the most accommodating, courteous and kind people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She is most definitely a valuable addition to the staff employed at Tahiti Village. She assigned us a newly renovated room with a great view of the Lazy River. We had to pay for the upgrade, but, it was well worth the cost. I also met William Rivero who works in the concierge department. He, too, was a big help. Very friendly, and a person who has the attitude "I'm here to please." Everyone was very nice, but Maria and Rivero are worth a special Thank You for all you did to help make my stay memorable message. Tahiti Village remains the place I will stay whenever I come to Vegas. I like the location being away from the Strip and the nice family environment. It reminds me of Florida. Whenever we needed anything, our needs were taken care of right away. I also appreciate the shuttle service provided to and from the Strip and to the grocery store. One suggestion. It would be nice if trips to the grocery store were daily instead of three times a week. But, overall, the customer service received is priceless. Thank you all for your kindness. Much appreciated!!

My needs were met quickly, thoughtfully and I am sooo happy! (I am travelling in late October) - Today Leigha at Rex answered my call right away (I had been trying to book online and my internet kept dropping out)...Immediately Leigha found my booking and was able to confirm the flight and take payment. She was so thoughtful,
helpful, kind and clear ....making sure I understood and had the booking
number before she emailed it. I have just recommended Rex to a friend
coming to Merimbula.

Upgrade service - There is not a nice inclusive atmosphere for the visitors with activities and the stones should be taken out of the water at the beach for easier access.

Employee parking in front leaving guest having to walk further! - I am a long term guest and I am very irate that the staff thinks it's okay for them to park right in front. As a paying guest with a handicap I should be able to park close as I want. Management is extremely professional and nice, but the employees are very inconsiderate! I left the other day to go to the store for 15 minutes at the most. The housekeeper had moved her car while at work into the same parking space. This seemed very intentional especially being that she was on the clock! Most employers have a designated area for their employees to park. I do not know why someone who is going to be at work from 8:20 a.m. til 3 p.m. or after need to park in front. Especially when you have paying guest and it isn't cheap! Therefore I expect to be able to park some where in the front NOT 3/4/5 parking spaces further down because a housekeeper feels entitled to park in front for hours during the day! Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, inconvenient and very intentional!

Feeling Cheated and Disrespected – My First and Last Experience with eDreams - I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience using the eDreams platform. This was my first time using your service, and it will definitely be my last.
I booked a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg through your platform, which showed a total cost of R1,560. However, when I checked my bank account, I was charged R1,990—with no extras added by me. I had nothing but a laptop bag, so there was no reason for any additional charges.
To make matters worse, a month later I was charged an extra R220 for a Prime membership that I never knowingly subscribed to. Clearly, this was hidden in the fine print, which feels deceptive.
The most frustrating part is that even after canceling the Prime membership, your system refuses to remove my card details, insisting that you need a “valid payment method.” This is completely unacceptable. I should have the right to remove my card details to protect myself from further unauthorized charges.
Even worse, as shown in the attached screenshot, when I press “Yes” to remove my card, nothing happens. This makes me feel like a fool—like I’m being tricked and powerless to protect myself.
This experience has left me feeling scammed and disrespected as a customer. I will never use eDreams again and will make sure to share this experience widely so others are aware.
Please address this immediately and confirm that my card details have been permanently removed from your system.
