A fantastic pasta cooking class with lots of history and a nice evening! - What a fantastic evening we had at Paola. She knows a lot about the history of the region and the food and is a good storyteller. It was a lot of fun to learn how to make pasta and we ate it afterwards with a good glass of wine. We recommend everyone to go to Paola!

Best experience in Puglia, delicious pasta, welcoming host who tells the history of the pasta and region while teaching! - What an amazing experience!! I had so much talking and learning about the region and history while learning to make some of the most delicious pasta dishes I’ve had while in Italy. Very fresh. She really is a great host and I felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back to Puglia and visit again! Don’t miss out! Book this one!

Wonderful experience - Super fun experience. Hostess is sooo nice and knows a lot about the history and food of this region. Good food and enjoyed her stories. Highly recommended.

A homecoming in a warm and pleasant experience - In addition to the art of making different local pastas, cooking a delicious sauce and eating together, Paola is a warm, sweet woman with a broad knowledge of the history of the region. It was a very nice and educational workshop.

Things to do absolutely for food fans - Paola welcomed us home, we were with 5 other English speakers and all had a pleasant time in her company. Paola speaks French very well, she saw that English was not a problem for us so she gave the course in English but of course offered to translate everything. She is really passionate about her region and the history of her gastronomy, it was really exciting.
We had a lovely time tasting wine, antipasti and of course making our meal.
She showed us the book she wrote, no obligation or pressure to buy it, she even offered to take a picture of the pages that interested us.
I'll do this again with my eyes closed. Thank you Paola for this lovely time!
