Harry Potter - This experience is amazing I loved every minuite of it. The 4 hours for me wasn’t long enough however. The bus transfer was convenient and honestly very easy to find.

Amazing Harry Potter Studio Tour - The bus was on time both going and coming back. The Harry Potter Warner Brothers studio tour was amazing! My only wish is that we had more time. We had four hours but I would have loved at least one hour more.

Great way to spend a morning! - Great experience. Bus on time, and the journey was smooth and comfortable. Recommend doing one of the earlier departures (we left at 8am). We arrived at the venue 40mins before our allocated ticket time, but they let us in no problem (probably because it was a lot quieter at 9am). We didn’t rush through the experience and took time to read information and go to little shows/experiences during our time and we were done in 2.5 hrs. The tour itself was fabulous! Loved all the intricate detail and information. We ended up having lunch to kill time as our departure from the venue wasn’t until 1:30, however, we asked to get on the earlier bus and luckily there was room! Having the earlier session meant we had the afternoon to do other things which was great! Overall, definitely a great experience (even though it’s a little on the pricier side!)

So much fun! - The tour bus was comfortable, clean, and on time. The experience was our favorite thing we did in London. It was so impressive and well done. We actually wished we had more time to spend!

Communication about pickup needs to be clearer. - Overall a lovely experience by Axis travel. The coach was immaculate and comfortable.the Warner Bros experience was everything a Harry Potter fan could want and more. Communication about the meeting spot for coach needs to be more clear. Our ticket said a 9 am entrance so our bus meeting time was 730 am. We raced to get there at 730 am and was left standing on a sidewalk with no clear instructions. Bus did not arrive till 8 am. Can you guys at least have someone there at 730 to keep us updated or pay the valet at the hotel to give us info ? At that hour in the morning, not know what was happening was a little disconcerting. One the driver got there we were quickly loaded on the bus and pickup was perfect. It really helped bring the first tour to enter. We had plenty of time to explore and have lunch.

Good one day visit - The experience was good. We had booked this for our daughter’s birthday. The bus is not as depicted in this picture. It’s a normal coach bus. I was expecting a Harry Potter themed bus for a special ride.

Misrepresentation of ticket - Miscommunication and misrepresentation w Viator. They refuse to reimburse my out of pocket expense to fix a disastrous day. I have used them many times successfully and disappointed they are radio silent
