Fall bike tour in Leadville - For those interested in the local mining history of Leadville and who want to experience beautiful views, I recommend the bike tour. I was new to e-bikes but my guide, Mike, gave a quick intro to its operation and time to do a quick test ride to make sure I was comfortable with the bike. The tour includes stops at several old mining sites where MIke provided an interesting narratve on each site's history. I was fortunate to be in Leadville during peak fall colors so the views and colors were especially spectacular.

Great tour!! - Mike is a very knowledgeable guide. He knew a lot about the history of the sites we rode to. Lots of info about gold and silver mining from its heyday to now. We very much enjoyed our tour

History with a twist - I was fortunate enough to go with one of the owners of the company. Sean was great. Very knowledgeable about the area we were touring and very accommodating given my lack of experience on an ebike. I highly recommend this company and it's staff

Fun, but not for beginners - Mike, the owner and tour guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Although I bike at home on a 21 speed, this was my first time on an e-bike and Mike was patient and helped me when I needed it. There are sections of the trail that I would not recommend for beginners, as they are very rocky or “washboard” while at the same time being either uphill or downhill. My bike was too big for me and it was a stretch to keep my hand arched over the handlebars to comfortably reach and squeeze the brake. It would have been nice if other size bikes had been available to see what fit best. My husband’s bike fit him well and he did much better than I did on the rocky parts. But my husband also felt beginners would be better off on a different trail. Even though the actual biking was not fun for me, Mike made the history of the mines very interesting.

Beautiful Colorado - Being new to this heavy E-bike, our group would have preferred a few minutes on a flat parking lot to get used to the feel for the bike prior to moving to the upward ride. The guide was very helpful with struggles. Overall, it was beautiful area and we would definitely choose another bike experience in future.

Bike ride passing by old mines with beautiful mountain views; not a tour. - Very little communication & stops to give history along the ride. We could have rented bikes and rode the trail on our own.
