A portion of the pier in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea collapsed in November of 2022 due to the impacts from Hurricane Nicole. This has made fishing prohibited and has created a limited chance to experience guided Snorkel excursions around unseen areas of Anglin’s Pier. Our original Tour was created over 12 years ago to complement the 1st Bio-Rock Project in the USA and today we still strive to grow and protect our beautiful reefs.

Great time - Originally booked snorkeling but water was to rough so they stayed in constant contact with me giving me other options of a refund. We went paddle boarding instead and our guide was awesome definitely recommend.

GOOD LUCK but have fun and think twice. - This review is not about any one particular establishment but rather the entire area of Lauderdale By The Sea. It was our second trip to this area in as many years. Everything was within walking distance of our accommodation. On the strip there are plenty of restaurants with their own fare and music. How can you go wrong. People were all in good humour and happy. One of the waitress even gave my wife and hug and thanked us for coming down when she found out we were CANADIANS. This was only a short 3 day layover prior to a cruise. Due to all the political unrest in the USA we were very hesitant on going but everything turned out well. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Fun way to explore Ft Lauderdale’s ocean scenery - We had a fun first time snorkeling experience! Kent was great, shared history about the reef/area and pointed out cool fish. Great communication about meet up and he took pictures and shared them with us. We will definitely be back for more tours in the future!

It was a great adventure! - It was a last minute booking for me but I am so glad I did. Kent was a great guide as he took me (and others) out to the reef. He was so generous with the descriptions of what I was to do, and what I was looking at. I would definitely go again and highly recommend this to everyone.

5 star experience - Kent and cassidy were amazing they were very informative and in general fun to go out and snorkel with would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking to snorkel

Provider had to cancel but helpful - We were unable to do the snorkel since the company said conditions would not be good for it. They were very helpful in finding us another tour option that we could do.

Not what expected - We had booked for a Tuesday , I had my week all planned he called Monday night to reschedule due to cloudyness , we go the next day , met on the beach to swim out to see nothing. No coral no shipwreck of any sort. Complete waste of time and money

Disappointed - The guide was supposed to call the day before to give final instructions. We never received a call. We showed up. No one was there. We called and found out trip had been cancelled. We were given a kayak trip to replace it. It was okay - guide was nice but it wasn’t worth the money. Very disappointed

Felt duped - Didn't actually get to go. Our guide contacted us as we were walking downstairs to our Uber to head to the meeting point, and he let us know that the water conditions were rough and we would not enjoy the trip of we tried to snorkel. I was so disappointed! This was our last day and I really looked forward to snorkeling here. We couldn't cancel our Uber because he was there already, so we just took the ride to the beach where we were supposed to meet anyway. There were tons of snorkel groups there with children. Elderly, and others who appeared to be less physically able than us, so we felt like we could've done the activity without an issue. I texted the guide a few times to find out what we could do in the area and he had suggestions for restaurants, etc. I asked about a refund of our money and he told me to contact Viator. Then he let me know he was off work and that I would be able to correspond with his associates, if I needed to. That seemed weird.
