“Cloudy rainy day on Cotopaxi and Quilotoa - Pedro met us at our hotel on time and we harassed off to Cotopaxi. It was a beautiful drive unfortunately because of low clouds our visibility was restricted. We stopped and fed alpacas and met a family raising guinea pigs. We could barely make out the base camp but it was fun to see. We drove to Quiloto lagoon and looked down on the lagoon but it was very foggy. We had a delicious Ecuadorian lunch. After lunch we attempted to walk the path down to the lagoon but the path was muddy and slippery so turned around. We headed back to Quito. Pedro was knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him” - Reviewed on 2025-04-27
